Lindemans Framboise

Deep berry color with little head. Nice rich berry flavor without the sweetness of a liquor or mead. Very smooth and easy to drink. Tart sour finish. I was pleasantly suprised by this one. I think it would also be great to cook with.

Bottle. Pours dark red with a pink head. Heavy raspberry aroma. Flavour is reaspberry all the way with a slight sourness. Cant tell if its from brett or the berries. Nice one.

0.33l bottle in Bruges cafe, Newcastle. Pours deep red with a dissapearing head. Smell and taste is distinct raspberries and very sweet at the start, finish is a little more sour but sweet dominates. Not bad but perhaps a little too sweet.

12 ounce bottle- poured out an amazing red with a pink head. Aroma was all sweet raspberry. Taste was incredibly sweet, and loaded with raspberry flavor. The high level of carbonation was more like a sparkling wine than a typical beer. I will be buying this again, but more to try it mixed with ginger-ale as a punch, than as a true beer.

big on sweetness although this is a bit of down side it does not kill the sour notes. great aroma and a bit syrupy and carbonated.desert for sure.

355ml green capped and corked bottle. Purple/pinkish coloured beer. The head is surprisingly well formed, creamy and foamy. Juicy raspberry aroma. Flavour has citric acidity, raspberry tartness and sweetness. Body is light, subdued carbonation. Both fresher and tarter than i was expecting. Quite good, if not sweet.
