I can smell the fresh, tart raspberries well before the glass approaches my nose. Not much else comes through in the nose but a touch of yeast – but the fresh raspberries smell great! Raspberries shockingly dominate the flavor smelling so fresh and so good. A tartness is evident in every sip. Excellent dessert beer/night ender as there is very low alcohol amounts.
Ɨ-4-7-4-14)Berry red with a large pink head that slowly dissipates. Aroma of yeast and fresh raspberries. Taste of raspberries, sweet malt. Tart, a little cloying but overall a decent lambic.

Nice rich berry flavor without the sweetness of a liquor or mead. Very smooth and easy to drink. Tart sour finish. I was pleasantly suprised by this one. I think it would also be great to cook with. Not bad but perhaps a little too sweet.
