Kailunkat (8), Illinois, USA does not count Jul 6, 2008 Deep berry color with little head. Nice rich berry flavor without the sweetness of a liquor or mead. Very smooth and easy to drink. Tart sour finish. I was pleasantly suprised by this one. I think it would also be great to cook with. Maverick34 (690), New York, USA Jul 5, 2008 Forgot to rate this. Bottle. Dark w/pinkish head. Sour finish. It’s lindeman’s you know it. plovmand (1590), Helsinge, Denmark Jul 2, 2008 Bottle. Pours dark red with a pink head. Heavy raspberry aroma. Flavour is reaspberry all the way with a slight sourness. Cant tell if its from brett or the berries. Nice one. azlondon (656), Fribourg, Switzerland Jun 30, 2008 Appearance: Dark/Blood red. Pours deep red with a dissapearing head. Smell and taste is distinct raspberries and very sweet at the start, finish is a little more sour but sweet dominates.
Not bad but perhaps a little too sweet. FatTony (121), Augusta, Georgia, USA Jun 28, 2008 12 ounce bottle- poured out an amazing red with a pink head. Aroma was all sweet raspberry. Taste was incredibly sweet, and loaded with raspberry flavor. The high level of carbonation was more like a sparkling wine than a typical beer. I will be buying this again, but more to try it mixed with ginger-ale as a punch, than as a true beer. sleepylopes (313), New York, USA Jun 28, 2008 big on sweetness although this is a bit of down side it does not kill the sour notes. great aroma and a bit syrupy and carbonated.desert for sure. pintbypint (1002), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada Jun 25, 2008 355ml green capped and corked bottle. Purple/pinkish coloured beer. The head is surprisingly well formed, creamy and foamy. Juicy raspberry aroma. Flavour has citric acidity, raspberry tartness and sweetness. Body is light, subdued carbonation. Both fresher and tarter than i was expecting. Quite good, if not sweet.
