Pours shockingly bright hazy red/dark pink with a light pink head. Straight tart/sour raspberry flavor with a surprisingly dry finish (think of how lemonade works on the palate). Good stuff for desert every once in a while.

Feb 28, 2008 Bottle. Bright red on the pour, which looks odd for a beer. But the very nice raspberry aroma and flavor, along with a refreshing light tang, make for a very nice lambic.

Feb 27, 2008 Updated: Apr 6, 2008The aroma of raspberries hit me as soon as the cork popped on the bottle. Seriously, it was almost as if I had set some explosives at the bottom of a dam of flavor. It then poured a clouded transparent blood red. Additional retronasal notes include some kind of yeast and sourness. Simply smelling it makes my mouth water in anticipation of something so sour. Taste is, unsurprisingly, heavy of sour raspberries with a slight undertone of wheat and yeast. The general feel is rather carbonated and prickly like shaken soda. There are virtually no hops or bitterness at the finish.

Feb 17, 2008 I tried this for the first time today and feel in love with the taste of this lambic style beer I think it is the best beer I have ever tried it has a strong raspberry aroma and taste I have tried a few other fruited beers before but they do not compare to this

does not count  Feb 17, 2008 Delicious but a guilty pleasure to be sure. At times it’s so sweet it becomes difficult to drink and yet I always seem to finish the bottle. :)
I’m not sure this counts as beer so much as a wonderful raspberry beverage.

Feb 12, 2008 Updated: Feb 15, 2008Had in Lindemans flute. Dessert beer. Pours red with a small light head. Strong Tart Rasberry aroma. Taste is a decent mix of sweet and tart. No detectable hops. A delicious dessert beer, but definitely not an everyday beer.

Feb 12, 2008 12 oz bottle ...1st time trying this style...pours dark red with a pink foamy head....strong aroma of sweet/sour fruits...cherry and raspberry....sour and tangy taste...strong fruity....sour candy tasting .... unlike any other beer I’ve had ....I like this a lot...I’m glad I branched out and tried something new ... gonna have to add more beers like this to the rotation....I’m having a hard time rating this because its unlike any other beer I’ve had ..... overall a big thumbs up
