Aroma is very sweet and tart raspberries. Taste is sweet with just the right amount of tartness. The raspberries are very prevalent. Very smooth, refreshing, and delicious. It could use a bit more funk and sourness but it’s a damn fine brew. toddbates (95), USA

OK!) and I took a few sips having not sampled a lambic before...wow raspberry...dark ruby red...aromatic...sweet like drinking melted sherbet with some carbonation...not sure how much of this I could drink but it’s tasty to say the least...in a dessert sort of way. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 1, 2008 75cl bottle from Trader Joes. Red with a big pink head; looks classy in a flute. Aroma is in your face raspberries with a nice tartness. The flavor is tons of sweet raspberry with a refreshing tartness that cleans up the finish enough to keep it from being cloying. It all feels a little forced and artificial like fruit juice with some alcohol, but it works all the same. Cracked this on the new year, and it was a hit with everyone who tried it; I’m thinking that it gives champagne a run for its money.
