750ml bottle. Pours a deep red, almost purple body with a ring of bubbles that stays with the beer after a small pink head fades away. Nose of raspberry jam and preserves, raspberry candy and some woody notes. Doesn’t smell artificial to me, that’s a plus. Fore is sour cherries, raspberry candy and jam, some earthy/woody tones. Sticky sweet, cloying palate. Medium bodied, lightly astringent. Finish is fruit and some acidic notes, medium length. I’m personally not a huge fan of raspberries, so Framboise will never be my favorite fruit Lambic, but this wasn’t as bad as I was expecting.

Recoiled in horror to read ’sweetener’ as a listed ingredient, but I can’t deny this is refreshing, natural-tasting...beer-based drink. Aroma overwhelmingly that of freshly pulped fruit underscored with a stemmy hint of wood. Thick and syrupy at its modest strength. Loaded with sugar, but with just enough of a sherbety edge to keep it in check. There is a bum note of Aspartame in there, but it’s pretty much overpowered by....raspberryness. In a good way. Almost claret-red with striking pink suds. A decent fruit beer.

Decent. I didn’t like their currant lambic at all. But this one was nice. Not overpowering. Like an alcoholic rasberry cola, but smoother than that. I liked it.

Raspberry smell and tart raspberry taste (of course). Dark red, slightly cloudy body. Not much of an alcoholic flavor - its fizziness and thickness remind me of a raspberry soda. Lingering finish.

A great beer that people who don’t even like beer will love. Huge raspberry taste and a little tart. My girlfriend loves this beer, which is great because she will drink it while I take down whatever else is on tap. Every once in a while I like having one of these myself.

I Really liked it - didnt expect much - smell instantly made my mouth water - great raspberry taste - but tart - i kept wanting more - little pricey esp for something with not much alc % . Will certainly buy again.

Tasted out of my wife’s brandy snifter at Fitgers in Duluth, MN. Aroma of crushed raspberries with a hint of sourness. Pours bright ruby red. Flavor has mostly sweet raspberries with an nice tart sourness on the finish. Medium bodied with a lingering tart finish. All in all a great dessert by itself.

Bottle. Pours a dark red, pink head almost non-exsistent. Aroma is raspberries (duh!) Raspberries and more raspberries in the flavor, sweet and tart, but it doesn’t clobber you. Had it with desert, a piece of double chocolate cake, a perfect pairing. Also, have paired this up with a Southampton Double White, 80% Double White and 20% Lindemans, nice alt. version of a Bloody Ho.
