Bottle 370 ml. Age roughly 1 year piror to tasting. Poured cloudy deep ruby with dark purple highlights and a good sized, rocky, violet coloured head which was mostly lasting. Aroma was of fruit acids with freshly crushed raspberries, cranberry juice, lemon juice and light musty/yeasty notes. Flavor was also of tart fruit acids with tart raspberries, sour cherries, light notes of lemon juice, musty/yeast notes and a dry crisp finish. Light bodied with lively carbonation, a dry/tart mouthfeel, lightly syrupy texture and a good length finish. Very well balanced and unbelievably refreshing.

750 ml bottle. From the US (H). Dark ruby red colour with small pink head. Aroma of real fresh raspberries, surprisingly fresh and not overly sweet. Flavour is pure raspberries. Sourish and sugary but also not too sweet. Very enjoyable and low alc %. Nice fruit Lambic.

355 ml Bottle poured into a flute. Pours a beautifully clear red with an average pink, fizzy head that leaves excellent lacing on the glass. Aroma is of pure raspberries. Flavor is a tart raspberry softened by a nice balance of sweetness. Lively carbonation. Dry Finish. Very nice.

Nose and taste are tart ripe raspberries with a hint our sourness and light carbonation. Frothy raspberry-colored head. Refreshing, delicate and tasty.

Aroma is bursting with tart raspberries...not much else. Flavor is quite the same..raspberries (tart and sweet),followed by some yeast. Its almost like a tart fruit cider. Color is very deep ruby red with a bubbly, frothy red head. This was my first lambic...not bad considering I have nothing to compare it to.
