A clean natural tasting brew with undertones of fresh raspberries and a wonderful aroma.

draft. pours dark red with a pink head. taste is huge fresh raspberries. not rasp flavoring but the real deal. tastes like a mouthful of fresh raspberries - you can almost taste the seeds. that said it is a very sweet drink. its more of a desert drink that anything else, but i got to give them credit for the flavor. i’d love to taste a lighter dried out version.

Has a great raspberry flavor; a great introduction to the Lambic world. The smell and appearance reminds me more of a champagne than a beer. Being that this is my first Lambic it might be typical.

750 ml cork and capped bottle. Now this is one of my go to beers when turning people onto great craft beers. The aroma screams hey this is made with real raspberries and not some artificial sugar crap. The tartness of the flavor makes you realize how much more a beer can actually beer. At 2.5% your not gonna be getting much of a kick off this one but thats part of the beauty because not every beer has to be an alcohol monster weighing in at over 10%. Just one well made beer.

Bottle and tap. Very nice indeed! Lambics have a way about them that tell’s you, "Am I really drinking this, a seemingly exclusive nectur fit for the gods!" Lindemans may or may not set the world on fire. But one thing is certain, It is possible to bottle nature. Best enjoyed as a 50/50 with Guinness!

well, i like lambics. from fizzy pop like this to the full on lactic acid assault weapons. this ruby lass with her pink rim is definitleky not the latter... A nose like raspberry cream soda, it’s full on haribo. Extremely sweet with heaps of succrose and sweeteners coming through, even though it retains some of the natural raspberry pip tartness. the aftertaste is surprisingly natural, green raspberries with a good dry finish. very smooth and accomplished. like.

(Sample from August 25, 2006 Beer Club Meeting) Pretty sweet! Once you remind yourself over and over that you’re drinking a lambic, though, it’s pretty nice. Reminds me of the filling from a raspberry jelly donut. Definitely not something you drink on a special occasion… or with ice cream. Even my mother will drink this. And if I don’t watch her she’ll drink the whole bottle. A treat!

Beautiful to look at with its deep red color. Smooth and sweet, with raspberry flavor-- with a pleasant bitterness accompanying the sweetness. It is clean and fresh like they suggest. It goes quick!

Bottle. Pours a dark red. Smells almost too sweet. Tastes really sweat, preaty good doesn’t taste much like beer, more wine like.
