Bottled. A deep red coloured beer with an off-white head. The aroma is massively fruity. Tons of raspberries, quite jammy. The taste is sweet and fruity. Again sugary raspberries. Ok so this is commercially sweet, but it’s so drinkable and fun. There is some tartness to set it apart from the really crap lambics. I like it.

does not count  Jul 6, 2008 Deep berry color with little head. Nice rich berry flavor without the sweetness of a liquor or mead. Very smooth and easy to drink. Tart sour finish. I was pleasantly suprised by this one. I think it would also be great to cook with.

Jul 2, 2008 Bottle. Pours dark red with a pink head. Heavy raspberry aroma. Flavour is reaspberry all the way with a slight sourness. Cant tell if its from brett or the berries. Nice one.

Aroma: Strong raspberry aroma. Not much else.
Taste: Strong raspberry. Quite sour. Good for a lambic.
