Really good and fruity. Pours as dark as a juice with a nice foamy head. Very goof for sipping around dessert.

"you can definitely taste the fruit and acidity. almost juice like in quality. incredibly sweet. i enjoyed it. Great as a float. Amazing mixed with a can of Youngís Dbl Chocolate stout. tastes less like a lambic blend than the others iíve tried in the Lindeman line. maybe itís a weaker blend? (only 2.5% after all)"

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle dated 06/01/2016. Well-chilled. Deep, maroon-red body with a large candyfloss pink, frothy head. Tart cherries, raspberries and blackcurrant on the nose. Immediate heavy sweetness to taste and a strong tart-fruit sourness. Sharply acidic. Taste mellows and finish is short. Medium body, slightly syrupy texture and high carbonation. Unusual beer thatís initially a shock to the senses, but is a pleasant daytime fruit beer.

These fruit lambics are excellent after a strong Belgian ale. Sweet, tart, aromatic & flavorful with just enough alcohol to be fun and not enough to be dangerous. Iíve had lindemans kriek and this one is definitely more tart and more adaptive to sipping. Excellent and exciting.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
The sweetness of the berries cut the tartness. It has a rich raspberry red color and aroma - and the flavor is rich, as well.

Out of all lambics this one seems the weakest one. The aroma is ok, but the taste and the spirit ruin everything

This beer is called íthe leg-spreaderí in Belgium, and its easy to see why - the fruitiness and easy of drinkability make this a great favorite with the ladies. It is also a guilty pleasure of ímenís mení who love it too, but who donít want to admit in public. Why are you looking at me like that?

355 ml bottle served ina Belgian snifter.
Flavor: exceptional and strong raspberry flavor with a light sweetness nicely balanced by some tartness.
Excellent body with appropriately high carbonation.
The use of wild yeast shows in the somewhat funky aroma.
