UPDATED: MAY 10, 2014 It has the distinct smell of a raspberry patch. It has a dark red color. It has a very sweet raspberry taste, combined with a tart lambic. Its a good flavor if you like lambics. I wish it was less sweet and a bit more tart. It would really take this to the next level.

The smell in this beer almost knocks you out. The color is rich and bright. However I'm not a fan of sour flavor. I'm sure there are people who love it, just not me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Fľaša 0.25 l, tmavočervená farba, hustá biela pena, ovocná aróma. Vyššia nasýtenosť, intenzívna sladká malinová chuť, na konci kyselkavá. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Beautiful raspberry color, deep dark red velvet. There is barely any foam. The smell is really sweet and fruity. You can smell raspberry and beer, resulting in a bitter sweet and sour smell. The taste is nice. You can clearly taste raspberry. Not artificial, but natural fruit flavors. A nice fruit beer, but still fruit beers aren’t my favorites.

Bouteille 750ml.

Bottle at home. Pours a ruby red with pink head. Decent retention. Aroma is raspberry, faint grain and a light tartness. Taste is raspberry, nicely tart, moderately sweet. I haven’t had much lambic to compare this to, but damn this is good! Light, fresh on the palate. Clean and fruity. I’ll be on the lookout for more lambic!

0,375L bottle, BB 21.06.2015. Pours red with pink head. The small head stays. Aroma is intense raspberries, sourness, sweetness. Flavor is sour and sweet, raspberries, acidic. Finish is tart. It doesn’t feel watrey. Overall: nice raspberry juice-gueuze mix.

Very dark red with lots of strawberry flavor. Quite easy to drink and very fruity, acidic. High sweetness makes it accessible for lambic beginners, but most people would find this too sweet.

Bottle. Pours red with a pink head. Smell of raspberries. Taste - sweet and juicy with tones of raspberries, pleasant and balancing tartness. Medium-bodied, dry-ish mouthfeel. Quite simple but nice.

Bottle 250ml. Nice deep red with small pink head. Sweet aroma of raspberry, a bit syrupy. The flavor starts with mild raspberry sweetness followed by nice sourness, notes of wild yeasts, somewhat cheesy, quite dry finish. Mild carbonation, silky texture, light to medium-bodied. Nice.

25cl bottle@home in Tulip glass@approx. 6 degrees C. Pours hazy purplish red with quite thin light pink head with sufficient retention. Wonderful aroma of hay, subdued malt and raspberries. Extremely sour taste - like sour wine-gum - followed by oceans of sweetish raspberry. Not much beer to be detected, but a bit of malt rounds off the taste. Fresh, artificial, natural, too sour and nicely sweet all at the same time. Couldn’t rate it the first time I tried, so this is my second attempt and I am still not sure I would classify this as a beer, but must admit that it is a traditional Belgian product. Reckon it would be great with gaufresat an outdoor Belgian cafe!
