Aug 26, 2009 Have had quite a few times. A pretty solid lambic with nice sweet and tart raspberry flavors... but I’d rather have NG Raspberry Tart!

Oct 26, 2005 Feels like Im rating a juice or a soda. Pours a pinkish ruby red color with a creamy pink head. Aroma is dominated by fresh raspberries and sweet freuity syrup. Taste is all raspberry and carbonation. Feels like drinking a raspberry tart soda. Very different, but not bad.

May 23, 2008 wow...........can you say juice? These are funny lambics, they should almost make two categories for juice lambics, and sour lambics. Its tasty, and i enjoyed it, but seriosuly, is this beer?

Jun 6, 2008 Bottled 25cl. It pours a beautiful dark amber with a reddish, slightly purple head. Incredible aroma of raspeberries. Sweet taste which is flawlessly balanced with modest sourness. Poor lacing. Spritzy. Rasperries dominating. Some oaky woodiness showing up in the finish.

Oct 28, 2008 On tap and in bottle. Poured a cloudy red/purple color with a two finger reddish head. Aroma of...you guessed it...raspberries. Flavor is sparkling raspberry. I have to admit that I enjoyed this.

Apr 6, 2008 Bottle. Sweet and tart raspberry! That’s what this one is! I really think the more times you have it the more you can detect the tarter/sourer notes in it. Maybe the first time it comes off as little more than raspberry soda, but to me it’s more than just a fun, silly drink, and a legitimate go at a super fruity brew. OF COURSE it’s no Cantillon, but I’m not ashamed to say I still love it.

Feb 4, 2009 My favorite type of Juice Squeeze! Seriously, does this sweet, fruity concoction with almost no alcohol qualify as beer? It’s really blurring the line. Anyway, pours a deep red color with a pinkish white head. Raspberries heavy on the aroma. Flavor is tart yet sweet, heavy on raspberries with the slightest bit of funk. Medium but a little fizzy on the palate, and seriously - 2.5% alcohol? Really? If this is one of your favorites, then you, chief, are a wine cooler guy at heart.
