It's like a sparkling raspberry juice. Try it mixed with Guiness. I have actually made martini's mixing Framboise and Orange Stoli. YourDarkLord (1800), Urbana, Illinois, USA

Tantalizing aroma of raspberries. Flavor was good but disappointing. Not as good as their cassis, even though I love raspberries.
7/6/04: Sampled again and loved it. Delicious raspberry aroma dnd flavor. Nice syrupy texture with carbonation. Refreshing and pleasant. Optigon (562), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Jan 19, 2007 Pours red with a pink head. Strong raspberry qualities. Not overly sweet, but with a sour cherry quality. Not as sour as typical Lambics, in typical Lindeman’s form. GeniusGirl (221), Boston, Massachusetts, USA

Pours Red with a hint of pink. Lots of rasberry in the nose as well as alchohol, TONS of rasberry, cherry, and strawberry in the taste. Very bubbly like champagne. Refreshing if you are thirsty. This is one to be selfish with >:). You’ll love it if you were a fan of candy as a child. SGTHibbert (100), Perry, Iowa, USA
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Dec 31, 2006 Pour was a hazy dark mauve with average head, awesome lace. Nose of raspberrys. Flavor was heavy sweet with some acidicness, tasted of raspberrys, hops, wine, and oak. Palate was creamy, medium body, with a lively alcoholic feel. Low points on the aroma as there doesn’t seem to be alot going on. Otherwise this is an excellent fruit beer. I can say that this is one to sip and enjoy. Bravo.
