This is pretty good. My girlfriend loves it. This is why I’ll never drink it in public but can say it’s worth drinking at home.

My first Lambic. Quite interesting. I enjoyed it very much. Sweet and sour raspberry flavor with a nice carbonation over the tongue.

Smells like fresh raspberries set against the familiar barnyard must of a lambic. The ber pours a vibrant purple, with no head. The taste is dominated by raspberries, and tartness. If it backed off the fruit a little the beer could be much more complex. Still a delicious tasting beer.

Hard to rate, but I really enjoyed this. After 6 or 7 others this was a great break. Very refreshing. Tart, sweet and intense flavor. I was surprised that there was no sourness with the aftertaste. Definitely will keep some around for special occasions.

tastes like raspberry jello. I like it, even though it’s not beer-like at all. and that’s all I have to say about that.

Nice creamy head poured out, very small head, doesn’t retain too long. Great raspberry aroma, and a great tart, fruity taste with a nice sour finish. Great lambic.

Dark red in color with a reddish-pink head. Good head retention and nice lacing. Aroma is intensely raspberry with some sour/tartness. Raspberry flavor is dominate with some tartness especially in the finish. Overall a pretty good fruit lambic.
