A clean natural tasting brew with undertones of fresh raspberries and a wonderful aroma.

Poured this beer from a large bottle into a trumpet glass to drink. The beer had a dark grape-purple color with a huge foamy and creamy light purple head that had great retention, good lacing, and average-to-good cling. Its aroma had a big sour raspberry effect with light floral hops, a touch of cherry, and notes of yeast and wheat. The taste was a super sweet raspberry (too sweet really) flavor with a touch of sour fruit blended together. Its body was thick and dry with good fizz and life, with a drying mouthfeel and thinner finish. Thank you to Scott & Tab for the birthday present!

250 ml botle @ Fox and hound, Aabenrå. Almost clear, red body with a moderate sized, lacing pink head. Quite strong aroma of artificial raspberries or at least unfermented raspberry juice/sauce. Flavor is overwhelming sweet raspberry candy with a hint of acidity in the background. Medium to thin body and more of the sweet raspberry stuff in the aftertaste. For me this is just to to sweet and artificial.

Dark raspberry color, like beetroot juice, clear liquid. Taste is sour, without sweetness. Aroma of raspberries, like squeezed raspberries.

Pours pinkish red, with a pink fluffy head. Aroma is mostly raspberry with some barnyard aromas in the background. Taste is the same, mostly raspberries with some barnyard. Very tart and sour with long lasting aftertaste. Good example of the style, but not for me.

355ml bottle. Pours deep red with done pink head. Aroma well it’s raspberry and if you get anything else well that’s great. Taste of really nice raspberry sweetness but quickly hits you with the sour to even it out. For a fruit beer this is great.

Decent for a fruit beer, has some sourness, with makes it less artificial. Still not very good.

Delicious, raspberry, fruity, nice and sweet tasting beer. Don’t mind if it isn’t strong. it tastes good!
