Way too sweet. Tastes of fruit syrup, not fruit. Best as in introduction to brett flavor for those used to coke.

This beer is my ultimate guilty pleasure. Smells and tastes just like the old Ocean Spray candies and those were my favorite growing up. I don’t care about sweeteners; all that matters to me is that this is absolutely delicious. Smell is intensely sweet raspberry. Palate is kind of like Martinelli’s non-alcoholic sparkling cider. Taste is perfectly balanced sweet and sour tartness of raspberries, raspberry syrup, and jam; very intense in all the right ways. Aftertaste is medium-long length and pure raspberry sweetness with a sour pucker.

Bottle. Pours clear red with no head. Smells and tastes just like rasberry. Sweet aftertaste.

One of my favorite dessert beers. Very strong raspberry. Delicate carbonation. It’s to sweet to drink more than one, but one is great.

This was poured into a stange. The appearance was a fairly deep glossy red color with about a finger’s worth of a foamy pink head. Once the head dissipated, there was some pink lacing around the glass. The smell had some sour and sweet raspberries, sour cherries that held the lead and then a light yeasty/breadiness came through to lighten the touch of sweet sugar. The taste combined all of the previously mentioned flavors pretty nicely and gave a decent combined tart to sweet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Overall, this was a very nice sweet Lambic that would make a nice dessert beer for the flavorings, but because of the low ABV, probably not a night cap.

Sweet but not overwhelming. Beautiful color when poured with a small frothy head. Nice fruity aroma. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Deep purple-red pour with pink foam. Aroma of raspberry syrup, light funky notes, quite a bit of lambic peaking through here. Taste is sweet, nice fruity twang, bright acidity, light raspberry vinegar notes. Palate is med bodied, sweet, good carbonation. Not bad at all.

Pours a deep cherry red with about a finger of pink head. Lots of pink lacing on the glass. Aromas are raspberries, cherries and wild fruits. I’m getting flavours of raspberries, sour cherries, yeast and cotton candy. Overall, this is a very nice Framboise and very sweet. This won’t be to everyones liking but those who like sweet beer, like myself, should really like this one. It is decently balanced with some bitterness which offsets the sweetness somewhat. I wouldn’t say it is the very best Framboise I’ve had but it is very good.

750 mL bottle. Pours dark red fruit with a froth of pink foam that fades quickly. Aggressive aromas of raspberry and cherry fruit, some yeast and lactic character with a little bit of woodsiness. Mildly sweet through the palate and finishing lightly tart. No synthetic notes here, however the raspberry juice and sweeteners totally overrun the lambic character. Light bodied and high carbonation. Better than most.
