3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Way too sweet. Tastes of fruit syrup, not fruit. Best as in introduction to brett flavor for those used to coke.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from bottle to glass. Raspberry red with pink head that dissipated quickly. Aroma is huge raspberries. Mouthfeel is nice with a full body and high carbonation. Taste is sweet initially with a dry finish. Overall this is a decent framboise.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured at tasting. Aroma was bright and berry fruits. Taste was berries, and Belgium yeast. I did not think I was going to like this but it was very nice. The natural ferementation really shines through. This very well can turn on non beer drinkers to craft. Has some sourness to it but it is not powerful, the berry sweetness is the primary flavor.

4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a red rise color with very little head. Good lacing in the glass. Excellent raspberry taste and aroma. Crazy bitter on the back end and tart. Pretty good lambic.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a deep red with beautiful pink head. Excellent aroma of fresh raspberries mixed with some fruity brett. Sweet, fruity and bitter mouth feel with medium carbonation. Aftertaste is loads of sweet raspberries, tart brett, acidic citrus and some round malt. Overall: What a beer! The raspberries is incredible well balanced with the sourness and tartness. Very sophisticated and complex.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Sweet raspberry aroma, hint of yoghurt/dairy. Deep cloudy red appearance, high pink head. Raspberry flavour is strong and sweet, balanced by the tartness and convict sour taste. even though the raspberry is the driving flavour, the malt and barrel aging still shine through, giving a hint of vanilla. Excellent drop.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Dark red pour with a slight pink head on top. Fruity aroma followed by a nice sweet raspberry taste. Finishes with a mouth puckering bitter. Very nice beer, a little sweet for me.

3.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Aroma - Heavy on the raspberry. Not much malt or sour complexity. Slight hints of vanilla. Reminded me of raspberry frozen yogurt.
Appearance - Deep red and translucent. Thin pink head.
Taste - Good balance of raspberry fruitiness and lambic sourness. The balance leans toward the tart raspberry, but the lambic funk is definitely notice able.
Mouthfeel - highly carbonated and acidic. Light-medium bodied.
Overall - a very nice and a approachable sour beer. Highly drinkable and refreshing with some good complex notes as well.
