Bottle 370 ml. Age roughly 1 year piror to tasting. Poured cloudy deep ruby with dark purple highlights and a good sized, rocky, violet coloured head which was mostly lasting. Aroma was of fruit acids with freshly crushed raspberries, cranberry juice, lemon juice and light musty/yeasty notes. Flavor was also of tart fruit acids with tart raspberries, sour cherries, light notes of lemon juice, musty/yeast notes and a dry crisp finish. Light bodied with lively carbonation, a dry/tart mouthfeel, lightly syrupy texture and a good length finish. Very well balanced and unbelievably refreshing.

Intense (slightly syrupy) raspberry nose. The beer starts sweetish and easy to drink. Lots of intense syrupy raspberries (without being artificial). The Lambic aroma is hidden in the back, only hints of sourness there, refreshing and not too sweet. The body is full fruity, nice refreshing with hints of traditional Lambic in front of a huge layer of raspberry syrup. But for this not bad!

This beer tastes amazing. It is surprisingly low ABV, but I don't really care because of how flavorful it is. Being a "big beer" lover, this is probably the lowest ABV beer I plan on buying again! Full and lingering. Reminds me of the Prairie raspberry lambic. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355 ml bottle. Pours a deep brown/red with light head of big bubbles that settles quickly. Aromas of fresh raspberries. Flavors of raspberry jam and citrus. Maybe a slight woodiness. No lambic here! Just a nice raspberry juice drink.

On tap at World of Beer (Charlottesville, VA). Aromas of raspberry candy/syrup. Clear dark ruby with a fairly lasting pink head. Tastes like sweet, tart raspberry candy. Medium bodied, sticky.

Sweet / tart raspberry nose. Cloudy, dark red pour with pink, thick foam. Strong berry flavor that manages to balance the sweetness against the tart. Medium body with lots of fizz. As it warms, more yeast character emerges. A definite favorite.

From bottle in shaker. Pours burgundy with pink-tinted billowing head. As expected, raspberry dominates the aroma and taste with a nice tart finish. Quite refreshing.
