3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Enjoyed from a 13oz bottle in a stemless wine glass. The beer pours a deep ruby color, with a low pinkish-white head. The aroma shows notes of raspberry, and a touch of artificial-seeming sweetness. The palate shows fruit up front, before some nice tartness. The general flavor of the beer is far sweeter than other examples of the style, indicating the addition of sugar post-fermentation. The finish shows a nice raspberry note, and is nearly bone-dry. Overall, a pleasing, if slightly artificial, experience.

The tarty aroma of fresh raspberries gets your mouth watering. There is a vinegar finish and a classy champagne sent through out.
A cloudy beer, but I do love the crisp red head on it.
This beer hits all 5 since perfectly. A slight sweet twist in the front of the tongue, followed by a tarty yet salty note that leads quickly into a light sour kick in the ass and ends with a nice berry finish.

0.75L bottle. Pours hazy, deep red with a small pink head. Raspberry dominates the aroma, with some hints of sour and wood as well. Sour raspberry also dominates the flavor profile, and tastes like Iím eating raspberry. Finishes with a long, sour linger, and some cloying sugars. Full body with a thick moutfeel and mild carbonation. Overall, this is the best fruit lambic Iíve had, and really tastes like Iím eating fresh raspberries. A great desert beer!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Appearance: reddish purple, with a pink fizzy head. Aroma: strong aroma of raspberries, champagne, light balsamic vinegar. Taste: sweet and tart raspberries, light leather and oak, green apple skins. Finish: long, tart, lightly sweet finish; palate is slick without being heavy, and thereís a bit of bubbly dryness to liven it up. Notes: A delicious fruit lambic. Iím a sucker for the style when Iím in the mood for something different.

Classic in its style - which is: heavily sugared, industrialized interpretation of raspberry lambic with very subdued lambic character. Still some sourishness there, but the sweetness, raspberry juice and extracts dominate. Not my personal taste but I respect Lindemansí fruit beers: even this style has its merits, and Lindemans was one of the pioneers of it. This one, for example, has been in existence already since 1986.

Piwo butelkowe. Aromat malinowy, lekko kwaskowaty. Kolor czerwony, prawie klarowny, wysycenie spore, piana růżowa niezbyt obfita. W smaku kwaskowatość i maliny w syropie cukrowym, zdecydowanie słabsze w smaku niż inne lambiki owocowe ale tak czy inaczej bardzo dobre.

On tap. Pronounced "Framboise" wrong to the bartender. Pours red. Smells like tart, sweet raspberries. Taste pretty much follows the nose with a nice tart finish. Tasty beer. My girlfriend likes it.
