well it looks like prostman’s few sips entitle him to rate this bottle of beer before the buyer... ME!!!! It tated very watered down and sour. Piss colored and very, very unusual.

Sep 29, 2008 Sample @ BBF ’08, Boston. Pours a cloudy cold with a champagne-like white head. Aroma of Belgian funk with yeast and grape notes as well. Taste is light fruit on the front with a sour and yeasty finish. Very nice.

Sep 27, 2008 Bottle, courtesy Tony at Oldsmar Tap House. Pours a hazy golden straw color, with nice lacing and a clean white head. Aromas of big cider funk, sweet fruits, some dry strawberry notes. Flavors are tart, sour, puckering cider and cherries, some mango. Dry malty texture to the medium body. Fulfilling, dry, and quite drinkable.

Pours golden, white head.
Aroma is yeasty.
Taste, loads of sourness, earthly/barnyard yeasy. Light fruits (apple cider).
Too sour for my taste.

Sep 23, 2008 Poured from a 355ml bottle and served in a tumbler. This lambic poured a golden orange with a slight haze and a thin head of off-white foam that lingered for a bit. The aroma included sour fruits, aged cheese, and white grapes. Quite musty and funky. The flavor was slightly dry and puckering, showing notes of lemon and oak. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied and moderately carbonated. Not quite as crisp or as dry as I was hoping. Not the best gueuze, but still highly drinkable and readily available.
