nuplastikk (428), Maryland, USA Jul 21, 2008 750ml corked bottle, 4 years old or so in the bottle. This is an excellent example of a Lambic. Murky, orange-amber color. Sweet, tangy, and tart flavor. Funky farmhouse hay and brutal green apple sourness. It has mellowed in some respects, a little more creamy, but is still in absolute top form and could be aged for several more years. Cider like in some respects. Tons of intense citrus flavor notes. A classic.
