A golden hue sets off the wonderful almost champagne like taste.

Its hard to say something normal about it. It is my first lambic. Wow it is not a common beer, it tastes like my gone off home ciders. Souer apple like. Bit vineger, refreshing. Gets better glass after glass, we had a 750 ml bottlo for 3 people. Overall bit crazy, but temting to drink it again.

Bottle conditioned at 5.5% ABV, bottled in September 2013, BB 2019. Large fluffy white head. Cloudy gold body. Nose is sour, oak and banana. Minerals. Belgian yeast/wheat. Taste is sour. Short dry finish. Watery palate.

A hazy golden body with a frothy white head that settles quickly. Nose is bitter and sour, with some fruity notes on the side. Taste is sour and acidic with a very dry bitter finish that really libgers on thevpalate. Carbonation is soft and mouthfeel feels average. Interesting beer, quite drinkable.

A- Deep tangerine in color with a frothy 2 finger head that faded fairly quickly. S- Faint smell, slightly acidic, lemony. T- Apricot, lemon, funk, slightly acidic on the back end. M- Medium bodied with quite a bit of carbonation. D- A fairly drinkable if not tame example of the style.

Bottle from Bottle Barn on my trip to Cali, shared with beastmaster. Dated May 2013, poured on March 29, 2014. Pours a slight cloudy deep orange color with a half finger white head. Aroma of sour mint leaves, some light citrus, dusty oak, sweet candy sugars. Mmmm. Flavor is citrusy, very lightly sour for a Geueze, and not as dry as I expected. Some juicy pear an lots of sweet and sour flavors going on.a

Smaak is fris zuur, redelijk mild, droog mondgevoel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Beaucoup moins appréciée que sa petite soeur kriek, acidité trop présente notamment. Pas mon style.

Decent beer, sort of like a mainstream Gueuze. Has the traits, but misses the sharpness.

37,5 cl bottle Apperance: hazy golden, good off white head but retention could be better, a hint of lacing Aroma: vinegar, sour apples, some funkyness Taste: Sour Apples, yes it’s sour and funky, but ulike some other brews it’s nicely dosed while having a nice complexity , there’s a hint of wood. Finish is dry sour with a little bitterness. Mouthfeel: smooth, medium body Nice Geuze for starters, it’s not as tart as most other Geuzes that I sofar had , quite refined while still being true to it’s style.
