3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a rich golden color with a finger or two of fizzy foam. The nose has lots of sour fruits lemon, nectarine and dusty funk. The palate follows with nice sour funk and lemon brightness. A touch rounder on the mouthfeel than I would like with traces of honeyed sweetness but the heavy carbonation helps keep in refreshing on the tail end. A enjoyable beer thats a great intro for people interested in getting into sour beers.

Has a very unusual, but very nice flavor. It was a bit unexpected. The overall product is worth trying, but at the price, I don’t think it will become a common beer for me.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
As rated by my friend who is a bartender. - A corked bottle unveils a very bubbly pale lambic. The initial aroma is refreshingly light. Slightly sour like vinegar with light grain. The first taste is crisp, bright and sour with a slight sweetness like lemon or lime juice. A very dry light finish leaves the palette clean after every sip. - well said Travisimo. Props.

From 375 ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow-gold with a small but persistent white head and good carbonation. Smells great with lemon, apple juice, hay, cut grass and a bit of funk. The taste is white wine, lactic sourness, lemon zest, apple juice and grapefruit. An interesting cherry and raspberry note comes through as the beer warms slightly. Very clean finish with just a light lemony aftertaste. Brilliant stuff.
