A golden hue sets off the wonderful almost champagne like taste.

My very first experience with this stile. Hazy golden color , with big white head which vanished quickly but left some lacing. Funky ,sour aroma with notes of citrus and yeast . Actually the aroma of barnyard ). Decent sourness in taste (feels like mix of the lemon and milk acids) . Very easy to drink. I suspect it could be helpful on the case of the hangover).

WYGLĄD: Barwa złota, opalizujące. Piana drobna, minimalna.

12 oz bottle, poured into a tulip glass at approximately 40 degrees F. Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy burnished gold with a tint of orange, and forms a thick, fluffy white head with good retention. Lacing is crazy good. Carbonation runs rampant through the body of this beer, far moreso than any other I’ve seen. Smell: Mustiness, funk, and bread grains with fuzzy stuff growing on them form the bulk of the aroma, along with some delicate citrus notes that seem like a sour tangerine. There’s also something that reminds me of mown grass, lurking faint and far off in the distance of the aroma. Taste: This strikes right up front with the sort of sour tang that feels like it is pulling something out of the glands under the corners of the lower jaw. Flavors shift continually as the liquid moves along the tongue, with notes of sour orange and tangerine, ancient library mildew, tall dry grass, and light bread, all tied together in a miasma of sharp, pungent funk. The finish leaves a lingering taste of tart, underripe tangerine and green apple. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied, creamy and quite lively with carbonation. Overall: This is my first foray into gueuze territory, and it may be safe to say I’m hooked. So much yeast character, so little hop influence, such intensity of flavor without sacrificing complexity. This does seem to peg the style guidelines well.

Pours a clear golden with a quick effervescence that fades away. A fair amount of sour brett. Okay beer.

Yellow-golden, very clean no cloud at all. Very low body, you can drink it like water. Some brett aromas, no bitter at all.

12oz, poured into tulip. Head is thick, white, and fades after a minute or so. Color is hazy golden. Aroma is sour and funky, with a slight hint of wet straw. Taste is funky, medium sour, with a slightly chalky mouthfeel.

375ml bottle. pours a slightly hazy yellow with a big head that disappears to leave yeasty deposits on the glass. aroma is dry straw, yeast and acidic citrus. the taste is certainly similar in style to a champage. dry, tart, sippable. acquired taste but i like it.

375 ml bottle
Clear pale orange beer with big white head. Pouring in the yeast makes it hazy. Aroma has gastric acid, vinegary sourness and barnyard. Pouring in the yeast adds citrusy refreshingness and sweet fruitiness. Flavor is sour with vinegar, limey, apple juicy, lightly wheaty and sugary sweet. Palate is thin with high carbonation. Finish has a quite heavy bite of bitterness. Aftertaste is limey, apple juicy and sour. There’s a dash of gastric acid floating around this beer. Otherwise it’s a well balanced gueuze, maybe a bit too sour.

Bottle. Pour is blonde with a foamy head, aroma is citrus, yeast, banana. Taste is sour, citrus, zesty lemon rind, light body and a dry finish. Excellent
