A golden hue sets off the wonderful almost champagne like taste.

very neutral for me. Tasted and smelled like a salty olive. Hard to relate to a "beer" with this one.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a gold color with a slight haze and really nice soapy white head with tiny bubbles that lasts throughout mostly. Wonderful aromas of green apple, muscat, plum and cork. Slightly creamy with a great lively carbonation. Very crisp and dry on the palate with some nice fruit tartness and good oak flavor that comes through. Not overly sour but just right to be refreshing on a hot, humid night.

Wheat color with champagne bubbles. Sweet, kind of like half apple juice and half seltzer. Very tart, and I prefer Lindemans Raspberry lambic, which is one of the best beers ever.

drunk with cam on saturday 20/06/15 at zly casy. we walked from the river up there. tramlines had been worked on so the roads were closed off and nobody was around and it looked all post apocalyptic. we should get into the habit of buying some beers and doing some urban exploring cuz id love that shit tbh. anyway this was the first thing we had. pours a hazy gold and white head. funky earthy and sour apple aroma. taste is so tart with apples, lemon, bit of marmalade. tartness doms the fuck outta the whole thing really but im fine with that, fuckin delicious

golden, hazy, small quickly dissipating white foam; fruity aroma (peach, grapes and so), vinegar, some barnyard notes, maybe little bit woody?; medium+ sourness, lightly sweet and very slightly bitter; medium body, quite sticky feel, crisp and tart, long dry tartish finish; Overall: highly drinkable, very nice aroma, intense but not over-the-top taste

Flaska från belgianbeerfactory.com. Gyllengyl klar vätska utan skum. Doftar källartrapp och fruktigt. Syrlig och lite fruktig. Smaken ligger kvar en stund.

From a 375 ml bottle on a hot summer day. Pours clear, with lots of floating bits, and a thick white head. A bit of cider vinegar in the nose. Classic barnyard flavors with bandaid and white toast. Very refreshing beer and a bit underrated.

Light peach golden pour. Aroma is bigtime minerals. Taste is dry salty quality, mild dust, tad watery. Palate is briney. Overall, good solid gueuze but not a classic.
