funky, tart aroma, lactic sour barn field. rich deep gold with fading short white head. tart, dry, fruity white wine sour. OK, underwhelming esp. given the usual retail price.

750 ml bottle . .. Musty, sour aroma. Hints of fruit. ’sweet tart’. .. Hazy gold. Med-fast head. .. Puckeringly sour. Sweet tart flavor - really feel it on the sides of the tongue. .. Med-lt body, coating. Effervescent. .. a very tart lively beer - classic gueuze.

Ahhhhhhh, one of my favourites! I’m going to enjoy another bottle of this for dessert on Turkey Day (tomorrow). Believe it or not, my girlfriend actually liked this one, as well as the other Lindeman’s. Very malty, love the slight sourness typical with geuzes. Tastes is actually typical of some spumates I had in Italy. Very white-wine-ish. Lovely.

Pours an enormous head and looks great. Aroma is more dry floural hoppy than expected, tart apples and yeasty barnyard greatness makes it all good. Taste is similar quite a bit of unexpected spice like brown sugar 5 spice flavour but it is very subtle. Alround a very satisfying gueuze, thank fuck i have another 7 50 in the fridge.

Bottled at Delirium. So what’s going on here.. I thought Lindemans only churned out that horrible oversweetened artifically tasting fruit crap.. then this!?! This is good, bring on the funk, bring on the sour.. So why do they have to completely ruin perfectly swallowable batches of lambic with appleschmapple -evil and tea-horror?
