Excellent beer, dark golden, great head retention, lacing. Fruity aroma. Complex flavor, malty, fruity, acidic, spicy, perfect bitter-acidic-alcohol aftertaste. As like Faro, one of the best beers I have taste, and I’d I have the chance, I’ll buy more and more.

Very dry. Yuck. Would not buy. Maybe I just don’t like the style. Probably that’s why I’m so excited to be the first half of the day before I get a follow back on my way home from work.

Almost clear golden pour with a white and spotty lacing. Aroma is green apple, champagne, dusty barnyard, and light lacto. Taste is sour green apple, lemon, dusty barnyard funk, wood, and earth. Aftertaste that lingers. Dry finish. Slick mouthfeel.

Bottle, 37.5cL. @Strasbourg, bar Les Berthom. A clear yellow brown beer with a big white creamy head ; good retention. Aroma of smoke, wood, cider, barnyard (light in the mouth). Medium to heavy sour, very dry. Medium body, thin texture, fizzy carbonation, dry lasting sour finish. Overall, clearly... not easy to drink, very dry ; extreme but not dirty foolish, "too clean".

Corked 75 cl bottle @ home. Pours cloudy golden with a white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma and flavour are wood, lemons, and tartness - with a slightly dry finish.

Bottle. Pours gold with frothy but unstable head that leaves some lacing for a while. Scents of leather, cellar, fermented fruits, acidic hits. Taste is obviously sour with tarting and dryness feelings - very well balanced with sourness not overexposed. Quite carbonated but it ain?t surprise as it was young bottle that I had. In general, very good beer of high quality and drinkability.
