Fra fat på Browerij Lindemands i Vlezenbeek under Tour de Geuze 2011. Brun. Nesten ikke skum. Uklar. Ser ut som eplesaft. Svakt syrlig aroma. Litt medisinsk på smak. Ikke særlig syrlig.

Poured hazy orange with a medium head. Aroma of apples, vinegar, and a little funk. Just a bit too much sweetness and too little sourness.

25 cl bottle @ home, 5% version, BBE 14.04.2013
Rather light aroma with some earthy notes and metal. Surprisingly sour taste with earthy notes and a sticky, sweetish finish with candy sugar. Also the gastric acid typical to Lindemans Lambics is present in the background. Decent, but could of course be more sour and less sweet.
