Looks.. Orange amber, sml head. Smells.. Fruity.. Unripe apples, some sour sense. Tastes.. Slightly sour.. apples and vinegar, sweet candy, some wood dry finish. Good intro to gueuze for people who don’t drink it/won’t dig the big sours.

From 375 ml bottle. Pours a mostly clear bronze-amber with a one-finger white head. Aromas of sour cherry, banana, baked bread, apple and a little grape. The taste is fresh apple up front before a sharp sourness kicks in. There’s a distinct raspberry note that almost comes out of nowhere and becomes almost perfume-like. Light carbonation. Clean finish with a light cherry aftertaste. A bit out of whack, but refreshing all the same.

BB 2015, 0,375 bottle. Appearance: dark golden, amber with white head. Head dissapears almost immediatley. Aroma is dry, fruity, hints of yeast. Lively carbonation. It is very sour, but there is some noticeable bitterness in the middle and end. The sourness reminds more sour apples than cherries or berries. The finish is rather dry. The sweetness is also there, but it stays all the time in the background and only gives hints of its presence. Overall: not a bad one, but some of its taste is too much like apple cider.
