Bottle - deep hazy amber with a short lived fizzy white head. Aroma of malts, dust and hay. Taste of apple, pear and some light sourness with a light malty base. Some hints of lemon and honey. In all honesty it has an unfortunate taste of vomit to it. Medium body, low carbonation.

250ml bottle from Beer Station, Xiamen. Pours hazy golden with no head. Typical gueuze aroma. Tastes sweeter than most gueuze but still a sour finish.

Bottle out on the balcony for what turned in to a Lambic party. Pours hazy Golden with a short lived White head. There’s reasonable sourness counterbalanced by an unpleasant sweetness. I like my Geuze bone dry. This wasn’t for me.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2014 250ml bottle served in a chalice. A: Pours an orange clear color forming a small white to yellow head. Small retention and only very few lacings left. Some particles can be seen floating around. A nice looking beer S: Very fruity as expected. Quite sweet and bready too. Sweet grains. Some tartiness can be felt in the nose. No hops T: Sweet upfront. Sweet grains and fruits. Apples, mainly. A metallic and rusty taste. A mild acid taste, in overall. No hoppy bitterness. Intense lambic yeasts M: Light body. Intense fizzy carbonation. Sour aftertaste O: Good drinkability. A very easy Gueuze. Much more sweet and less tarty than the classic Gueuzes but still a pleasant Belgian beer [ BA Review @ 6/9/2012 ]

"i gotta say, i think Lindemans forte is the fruit flavors. having this one on it’s own, it was a bit of a letdown. I’m a fan of sours, but this was just wasn’t anything special. A little sour/rotten apple quality, a little sweet, and too much carbonation, which was offset by the lack of a pleasant fruit aroma. I think I’m only a fan of top-of-the-line Geueze’s, and this one is just average..."

Klar gyllen farve med lyst skum. Lukt av syrlig frukt. Smak av syrlig frukt. Søt og syrlig ettersmak som sitter lenge. Vinmonopolet.

Bottle 37,5l. Pours a hazy amber color with thin white head, Aroma of yeast, bready malt, vinegar, citrus and berries. Taste starts moderate sweet malty, then immediately follows by fruity and vinous sourness, mouthfeel is a bit spicy, while finish is tarte without any bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
