Bottle at Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Shared with DutchDrebus. Pretty useful Geuze, it’s not my style but this one is nice. No Cantillon, but there are a lot of Geuzes out there that really suck in my opinion.

Draught at Ørsted Ølbar.Orange colour with small white head.Sweet fruity with mild acid flavor and dry flavor with note of barnyard and citrus smooth and light finish.

Surprisingly non-sour for a gueuze. But still sour as hell. Drinkable, though, unlike some others. This is prolly the kind of beer one would like to have, but still always ends up with something else.

Although this is not my style of beer, this is a great brew. The Lindemans family is a great representative of the Belgium style beers. Not a bad product among them. Well balanced, good co2, nice citrus hints of fruits, and dry finish. Worth trying!

Draught at DTE. Clear amber - white head.  Light acid. Sweetness. Wooden. Nutty. Tartness. Light berries. Citrus. Soapy. Apples.

Clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is light sour - wood. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. Too sweet. 230711

Draught at Ørsted Ølbar, Copenhagen. Amber colour with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of fruit, spice and yeast, sugar and with a sour finish.

375ml bottle. Deep orange almost copper in colour. Head is neat and tidy and comprises a crackling foam. Vinegary aroma that is strong but not unplesant. Bitter, sweet ans sour all in the one mouthful. Full in the mouth with a soft texture. Takes a bit to get used to.
