Pleasant I thought, great rosy cloudy pink, fruity, bit sherbet like, slightly sour, tad thin, good for a summers day on the beach mostly

Clear amber, weak white head. Vinegar and hay on the nose. Vinegary sourness, finishes vinegary. Not my cup of tea.

Clear deep orange golden color with an off white head. Pleasant acidic aroma with apples and wood. Medium body. Ok acidity, mellow sweet and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation. Fruity, apples, wood and yeast in the flavor. Quite nice and fresh.

Pours hazy pale golden. Aroma of white wine, barnyard and flowers. An acidic taste worthy of a proper Gueuze. Lots of fun if you like Belgian stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A classic gueuze. Ginger colour, great fruitful aroma, sour taste. I prefer this beer when served cold.

Mój pierwszy lambic. Delikatny aromat lekkiego, słodkiego białego wina albo prosecco. Piana średnio pęcherzykowa, wysoka, krótka. Barwa bursztynowa, klarowne. W smaku przyjemnie kwaśne, winne, świeże. Kojarzy się z młodym białym winem. Duże nagazowanie. Lekka, fajna goryczka.

Bottle @ home. Pours with a orange colour, medium sized rocky white head. Aroma has strong hints of leather, and hints of basement aromas and fruit; elegant. Taste is medium sweet, medium sour, slightly bitter; a bit disappointing, I have to say. Little to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation.

250ml bottle. How it took me so long...anyway. Cool thing to think about, I’ve had this beer plenty as blends in so many other lambics. Pours a bright orange color with a small white head. A big sour woody nose. Sweet, almost sugary, rich tart wood, cherries and other tart fruits. This is solid. It is a bit on the sweet side at times, but it’s core is solid. No wonder it is so often used in other brews.
