Bottle 375ml. Aged 18 months piror to tasting. Poured cloudy golden with a large, foamy, off-white head which was mostly lasting. Strong notes of funky wild yeast in the aroma with barnyard notes, forest floor notes, wet grain, lemon juice, lemon zest and vitamin C. Flavor was of acidic fruit with sour grain, wild yeast, moss, barnyard notes, petrified wood, tart green grape skins and cumquats. Medium bodied with medium carbonation, a dry/tart mouthfeel and a good length finish.

0,375l Flasche. Golden bräunliche Farbe und kaum Schaum. Riecht leicht säuerlich nach Cidre. Schmeckt erst fruchtig nach Apfel, leicht malzig. Im Abgang säuerlich trocken.

Nagazowanie wysokie, odpowiednie.

- Russet copper pour, a few bubbles rise up from the peach syrup. More peach syrup and cidre doux with extra beetroot sugar in aroma, a whiff of sulphur, wet orchard and ascorbic acids, lambrusco. Drinks like a geuze Radler: artificially sweetened copper hues of sour yellow apple, Haribo complexity level of cartonised apple juice on old wood, a touch of geuze dryness through the sticky fruit syrups. The lambrusco rosato of the old gueuze world - amabile ma purtroppo.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is light funky notes of berries and wood, as well as cherries, some barnyard and brett. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart musty fruity and bretty wooden notes, as well as sweet notes of berries and wood. Quaffable, but too sweet and unbalanced.

Clear copper, surprisingly big head. Aroma: fruit, cherries, wine, caramel and some cork. Taste is sour with very light sweetness and almost no bitterness, very fruity.

Slightly hazy dark orange with a white ring of foam. Aroma has some nice funky notes and sweet malts in the background. Taste starts sweet and fruity with some farmhouse funk but there is also a weird metallic flavor on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Nice lambic funk but the metallic flavor is a bit off-putting.

Pours copper coloured with a thin white head. Aroma is of flat cola with just a hint of the sourness you would expect. Taste is sweet with just a slight balance of bitterness. Definitely a sweet beer with some lactic and sour tones but also quite fruity. Well carbonated with a dry finish.
