Our traditional Kriek Cuvée René Grand Cru is brewed with wild yeast from the surrounding air, water, malted barley, wheat, aged flower hop flowers and selected wild cherries. Deep cherry red clear body, tart taste with a moderate sourness and an authentic cherry skin presence. No added sugar.

Note: ABV known to be in the 5%-6.5% range, seemingly depending on the batch.

Ekstremalnie owocowy, ekstremalnie kwasny. Z obowi?zkowa dzikoscia w aromacie. No i przede wszystkim nie jest tak przeslodzony jak inne wytwory lindemansa. To jest to czego szukam w lambikach:)

Weak aroma. Tastes woody, probably a wooden barrel touch. Lambic is dominant with a receding cherry note. High carbonation.

AVERAGE fizzy light purple head. fair lacing. mostly diminishing. flat thick burgundy body. aroma: moderate yeasty, vinegar, fresh red plum, metal, plastic. if: moderate acidic and salty hints. ff: heavy acidic, salty hints and very light sweet. palate: medium-full body, dry texture, lively carbonation, salty finish. 120s

Bottle - Vintage 2012 - Tons of tart cherries. Cloudy pinkish/red with a decent white head. Intense acidic tartness, light cherry notes and bone dry. Tartness is a bit over the top, would have loved to try this fresh.

2007 edition. Best Before january 2014 but still very good a year after that. Supersour and tart but oh so much taste and a real enjoyment to drink with good food among non-beer-drinking friends who also enjoyed this beer.
