Draught at The Wharf, Aalborg. Pours dark, slightly cloudy red with pink, lasting head. Aroma is dominated by ripe cherries. Taste is sweet, then a decent sour kicks in, short to medium duration. Light body, thin, average to lively carbonation.

Bottle shared with Lyoli. Pours deep red, semi-clear with a listing, pinkish head. Loads of juicy berries in the aroma. Flavor is quite sweet, rife with cherries and quenching tartness, mild Jolly Rancher, slight yeasty dough and earth. Light to medium in body with carbonation to spare. Lightly sour finish, lightly sticky, tons more fruit. Great beer.

Pours clear dark red with a pink head. Aroma has notes of cherries. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

4.5 A: Deep mahogany in color. Thick frothy pink head with lot of lacing. Very nice.
4.5 S: Smells just like grenadine flavored cough drops. Very nice.
4.0 T: Tart and simultaneously sweet, just like fresh cherries.
5.0 M: Lighter body with champagne-like carbonation. Very enticing.
5.0 D: It’s like alcoholic cherry flavored juice, what’s not to love.

Pours a deep ruby red with a decent little pink head. Looks like carbonated cranberry juice. Interesting. Aroma of tart cherries. Flavor is the same. Tart cherries up front followed by a sweet finish and slightly metallic. This is my first lambic and I find it very interesting but am unsure of how I feel about.

Reddish pink with a large frothy pink head and a ring of lace. Aroma of fresh cherries, malt, yeast, mild spice, light funk and a hint of oak. Taste is of fresh tart cherries, light funk, yeast and malt. Tart and tasty.

Strong cherry aroma, cough syrup, sweetness up front with a bit of sourness. Not too bad.

Large Bottle, bought from the local Weis Market. Fruity, of course, with an old world tartness that lingers a bit at the end.
