Red. Nice red head.
Aroma: Cherries!
Flavor: Cherries! Syrup. Better than Cherry Vicks. Very sweet finish.
I wonder how it would do with Vanilla Ice Cream? Guinness4Duff (507), Tallahassee (and Poconos, PA), Florida, USA

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 8/20 | Jun 24, 2008 Bottled (3,5%). A cloudy deep red beer with a medium sized but collapsing pink head. The aroma is fruity, lightly yeasty with notes of cherry and berries. Very light sour note. The flavour has too much sweetness, with only light/medium sourness. There are notes of cherries. Medium body, lively carbonation, long sweet finish with light tartness and very light bitterness. Sticky, syrupy, cloying and too sticky to be thirst quenching and not complex like the best Lambics. I couldn’t finish the 250 ml bottle. spagyetti (68), Puyallup, Washington, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 16, 2008 Dark red color with a pink head. Smells like cherry soda. Tastes like cherry soda. A little too syrupy and thick to be refreshing on a hot day. Aquilo (257), California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Jun 10, 2008 This could be reproduced by adding some alcohol to cherry soda. I hardly see the point of going to all the trouble to brew it. It looks like red 40 was added. Apparently, there is cherry flavoring, but no real cherries. It is an overly sweet and tart mess. Not recommended. pojo41 (315), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 1/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 6, 2008 Shared a bottle with my father on vacation. Poured a very dark red with a pinkish, fluffy head. The head dropped to about a quarter-inch the whole way down. Very strong cherry aroma. Excellent flavor of dark cherries with just the right amount of carbonation. Slightly tart but, not overly so. Very tasty. kimcgolf (828), Dacula, Georgia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 4, 2008 Updated: Jun 7, 2008Poured to a dark ruby red with thin pink head that lingered for awhil;e and left okay lacing. Nose was a tart cherry, combined with a hint of malty swettness. The mouthfeel wasa bit like the sour-sweet 1-2 punch of a Flemish Sour, though not as pronounced. Flavor followed the nose down the sweet cherry path, and the finish was dry and tangy.
Not a bad Lambic.
