Jun 4, 2008 Dark red with a pink head. The aroma has strong notes of marzipan and almonds – yummi... The flavour has sweetness and strong notes of marzipan, almonds and cherries, and the body is full and harmonic. It’s really nice!

Jun 4, 2008 Pours dark red, fairly dense pink head with decent retention. Very sweet, almost medicinal aroma of cherries or cherry-flavored candy. Cherry flavor is better balanced, offset by a very slight hint of sour wild yeast and hops. Mouthfeel is on the light side, carbonation sparkles on the tongue quite pleasantly for the style. Maybe not my favorite Lindemans offering but quite pleasant.

Jun 2, 2008 Bottle 3.5 ABV. Creamy pink excellent fully lasting head. Red wonderfull colour. Powerfull cherry aroma. Powerfull sweet cherry flavor, lots of marcipane. Average nice finish. Syruply palate. Great stuff.

Jun 1, 2008 This is not a typical beer, and shouldn’t be judged as if it were. There was a deep aroma of sour cherries on the cork, which prevailed as the beer was poured. The color was brilliant red, with a pink head. The taste was very cherry; quite sweet, yet a bit sour at the same time (if that makes any sense). Mouthfeel was very much like champagne. In fact, if you didn’t know what this was, you might mistake it for a cherry champagne (at least I would). Not the sort of beer you would want to drink in quantity. It would be a wonderful beer to have with real black forest cake.

Jun 1, 2008 Pours a deep ruby red colour with pink head. Taste is fairly sweet for a lambic...well fairly sweet for any beer but not over the top either. Mostly a carbonated cherry juice type flavour with a little bit of tartness to keep things in check. Not a bad beer overall.

Jun 1, 2008 Bottle. Red little hazy body and a pink-redish head. Aroma is totaly from cherrys. Also candylike and some rubber. Flavor is sweet with a low tone from acid.

May 31, 2008 Updated: Sep 13, 2008Cherry champagne. It has a good taste. Raspberry color body and head. Cherry cream aroma. Very tart cherry taste. Dry, but not too sour. I’m a fan.

May 30, 2008 bottle. Aroma has big notes of ripe cherries. Deep red with some amber and an average pink foamy head that mostly diminished and left good lace. Flavor is big and cherry, and a little spicy yeast but very subtle. Medium body and lively carbonated. Good sticky sweet black cherry brew thats refreshing and desserty sweet. A good one.
