I love the frothy, pinkish head the the beers gives. I was surprised by the amount of head. smells a bit acidic. taste of strong cherry flavor? much more like grenadine. Taste might have been off from having other beer prior. finishes a bit metallic, but overall clean. sour aftertaste thats largely amusing and pleasant. texture a bit thin yet a tad silky. This is a solid lambic. Just a solid beer to have.

pours a somewhat cloudy red with a one finger fluffy pink head. aroma is sweet and tart cherries. has a light to medium body with descent lacing and good carbonation. flavor is the same as aroma but a bit stronger. not to bad but i like the framboise a little bit more. has a somewhat dry aftertaste as well. there is just a little something artificial or off about this one. it does have a more syrup mouthfeel than the other as well.

Bottle, bought @ LIVA, Domhusgade, Kolding.
Pours a beautiful red with a good, pink bubbly top. Aroma has lots of sweet sugary cherries and a marzipan edge to it. Medium carbonation. Flavour is rather sweet, sugary fruit - perhaps a little artificial. Very light tartness at the far end, but this is more or less a soda...

Red with pink head. Sweet artificial cherry aroma with marzipan notes. Same goes for the extreme sweet flavor. Ends sweet.

This is much more interesting than the Lindemans Cassis. It is Dark red with a medium pink head leaving some nice lace. The aroma is cherry with a hint of yeast, a bit like cherry cough medecine, which is not all that good. However, the taste is far better. It starts with sweet cherry then gets more tart, dry and in the end is tart-sweet with hints of sour and yeasty lambic underneath, making it far more complex than the Cassis and more what I was looking for. It is light, tingly, and lively, and quite good.

Wow this is really good. Nose is sour and of muted cherries. Pours the color of cloudy blood with a fizzy off white head. Tastes like nice sour cherries. This beer is super refreshing and just has a great balanced taste. Really like it.

Bottle. Dark almost blood red with a small pink head. Very nice aroma, sweet cherry with a hint of yeast. Great flavor, it reminds me of those sour cherries candy that you used to get from the penny candy store on the corner when you were a kid. It starts out with a sweet blast of cherry flavor then disappears into a tart (but not strong) tangy cherry flavor. Very nice I will be drinking this on a regular basis.

Hazy ruby color with a fluffy, almost artificial, pinkish red head. Aroma is sweet, sour cherry. Flavor is the same but with a finish that has that wild sour lambic flavor. Very soft palate.
