Mar 3, 2008 Bottle from trenton take out. Red beer with off white pinkish head. Sugar and fruity cherry aroma and pretty much the same in flavor. It was ok as I am not a huge fruit beer fan.

Feb 29, 2008 Bottle, 3.5%. Sweet, very fat cherry aroma. Clear dark red colour. Small pink head. The flavour is quite sweet with a distinct cherry note. Quite a lot of cherry bubble gum. OK tartness that tries to balance off the sweetness. Not sour enough, but making it drinkable and even enjoyable.

Feb 28, 2008 Bottle. Bright red on the pour, which looks odd for a beer. But the very nice sour cherry aroma and flavor, along with a refreshing light tang, make for a very nice lambic.

Feb 27, 2008 This was very nice, shared a couple bottles with some friends.....Poured a cloudy red with pink head with goos retention. Smell was very fruity, nice....Flavor was great, can really taste the cherry......would have again.

Feb 21, 2008 Updated: Feb 25, 2008I love the frothy, pinkish head the the beers gives. I was surprised by the amount of head. smells a bit acidic. taste of strong cherry flavor? much more like grenadine. Taste might have been off from having other beer prior. finishes a bit metallic, but overall clean. sour aftertaste thats largely amusing and pleasant. texture a bit thin yet a tad silky. This is a solid lambic. Just a solid beer to have.

Feb 20, 2008 pours a somewhat cloudy red with a one finger fluffy pink head. aroma is sweet and tart cherries. has a light to medium body with descent lacing and good carbonation. flavor is the same as aroma but a bit stronger. not to bad but i like the framboise a little bit more. has a somewhat dry aftertaste as well. there is just a little something artificial or off about this one. it does have a more syrup mouthfeel than the other as well.

Pours a beautiful red with a good, pink bubbly top. Aroma has lots of sweet sugary cherries and a marzipan edge to it. Medium carbonation. Flavour is rather sweet, sugary fruit - perhaps a little artificial. Very light tartness at the far end, but this is more or less a soda...

Feb 15, 2008 Red with pink head. Sweet artificial cherry aroma with marzipan notes. Same goes for the extreme sweet flavor. Ends sweet.
