I was expecting much more from this Kriek. It tasted artificially sweet as well as too tart. I was expecting much more from Lindemans, and prefer their Peche and Framboise.

Beutifull clear red with a huge pink foamy head. Very nice cherry aroma and flavor. Well balanced acidic notes and underlying hobs. Very fresh and enjoyable.

Bottled 25cl. It pours a red beer with a small pink head. Both the nose and the flavour are of cherries. Some marzipan, especially in the nose. Slightly sour, but not in a negative sense. It gives the beer a good balance to its sweetness. Some oaken, woody, ribena-like elements in the taste. Weak finish with a touch of sweetness. It gets a bit sickening after a while.

Pours ruby red with a pink head - gorgeous. Aroma is cherry. Flavor is cherry, syrup, and sugar. Light somewhat fizzy mouthfeel with a sour bite in the finish. I love cherries so this is right up my alley. There is a hint of syrupy, unrefined flavor in there that holds it back. It’s an excellent beer to sip on as a taste treat.

Bottle, 25cl. Pours red, with a small, pink head. Cherry dominates the aroma. The flavor is very sweet, again with lots of cherry. Somewhat acidic palate. A nice lambic. I like this !

Bottle Pinkish redish pour with micro/macrobubble head. Aroma is pretty much only cherries. Hint of medicinal cherry aroma and flavor, but definately not overwhelming. Tastes good, but kinda weird, really not sure how I feel about it yet.
