bottle from waitrose. I really enjoy this kriek! Red with a pillowy pink head. Aroma of sour cherries and sugar cane. Cherry taste is slightly tart and mostly sweet. Not the best, but certainly acceptable.

Pours light pinkish red, with a small pink head. Medicinal cherry aroma, like my kids cough medicine. Flavor is also medicinal, and artificially sweet with just a hint of real cherry like tartness. Palate is tart, acidic, and also very sweet. Well, to me, this is basically flavored cough medicine or cheap store brand cherry soda.

Shared with the Mrs. Poured deep ruby red with redish head. Smells of a cherries, and dirt. Wierd but thats what I got. Taste sweet and like cherry candy. A good lambic.

Pours ruby red with a generous pink head. Nose is faint cherry and musty malt. Flavor is strong sweet-sour cherry with no aftertaste. A little cloying. Not my cup of tea.

one small glass was all I could have... It was offered to me by a couple of friends on this warm afternoon. Tastes like cherry candy and has a carbonated- syrup mouthfeel. When most people say that they like lambics, they are often talking about these sugary malt beverages or that Sam Adams fruit beer. Try a Cantillon.

cherry red coloured, sweet cherry nose, strong sweet cherry that may get a bit clawing over time

Good, but not great lambic. Pours beautifully with a very red color. Aroma is nice with sour cherries dominating. However, it is too sweet, so it gets knocked down for that. Very good though. I’d happily drink again.

(Bottle) Pours a ruby red color with low carbonation and not a lot of head. Balanced cherry flavor. A touch of vanilla as well. It’s all right, but not something I would drink on a regular basis.
