Apr 19, 2007 one small glass was all I could have... It was offered to me by a couple of friends on this warm afternoon. Tastes like cherry candy and has a carbonated- syrup mouthfeel. When most people say that they like lambics, they are often talking about these sugary malt beverages or that Sam Adams fruit beer. Try a Cantillon.

Mar 29, 2007 Good, but not great lambic. Pours beautifully with a very red color. Aroma is nice with sour cherries dominating. However, it is too sweet, so it gets knocked down for that. Very good though. I’d happily drink again.

Mar 22, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a ruby red color with low carbonation and not a lot of head. Balanced cherry flavor. A touch of vanilla as well. It’s all right, but not something I would drink on a regular basis.

Mar 10, 2007 Bottled. Poured red with a pink head. Nose was intensely cherry. Flavor was very tart, cherry and alcohol notes dominate. Tart finish. Wonderful!!
