Bottle from wegmans. Pours clear ruby with a medium sized pink fizzy head that dissipates to a small pink bubbly film. The aroma has tart cherry juice and is really sweet. The taste is tart cherry, some slight vinegar notes, acetic. Very nice.

Bottle. A- Cherry A- Dark red color, cloudy liquid, pink head. T- Cherries, slightly sweet, sugar, medium tartness. P- Light body, average texture, medium carbonation, slightly sour finish. O- Quite tart and the cherry tones could be played with. Not a bad lambic though.

Version from 2008 with 3.5%: Der Geruch ist wie süße Kirschlimonade. Der Antrunk ist sehr sprudelig-frisch und leicht sauer. Der Hauptteil ist kirschig-süß, der Nachgeschmack wird leicht herb-säuerlich-bitter. Insgesamt doch sehr süß und etwas zu künstlich!

Bottle (1P 9.4FL OZ): slight haze, deep red, big pink head. Massive cherry lift. Almost synthetic but there is a slight sour cherry hint. There aromas are very clean. While it’s sour there isn’t a dirty spoilt profile. Sweet, not bitter and more than balanced by the sour acidity. Wonderfully texture and balance. Long, fine, elegant and very primary fruit driven. Very sour cherries on the palate. They dominate the beer. I had the synthetic not of the cherries but love the focus and balance. Classic.

No bottle date: Pours dark red with rosy pink satin surface sheets. SMells like cherries, darker ones with a bit of wood and sugar. Taste is deeply cherry with plenty of sweetness and a hearty tone at the base - just simply carbonated, concentrated cherry juice here in my face. Light syrup with low to moderate carb and a wet finish. Very standard and tasty for the lineup. Lindeman’s seems to me to be great beer, so long as you know what you’re getting yourself into. Dark red beer with a small head. Aroma of sweet cherries, marzipan and little bit of sourness. Taste is similar: sweet cherries, candy, and marzipan. After the sweetness comes in the sourness, which evolves in a new flow of sweetness. Too sweet and sticky in my opinion.

Pours a deep dark red with big pink head. Big sweet, black cherry aroma. More big black cherry flavor as well, syrupy sweet, thick and chewy. Mild tartness in the finish.

Nice cherry beer. Dark reddish pour with pink head. Nose of cherries and cough medicine. Tart taste, cherries of course. A little bit oily/slick in the mouthfeel. Still tasty sweet stuff.

From a 750 ml bottle poured in a snifter. Intensely sweet cherry nose. Flavor is strong and sweet cherry. Not very tart for a lambic. Slight crispness to the finish. Slighly oily mouthfeel. Good dessert beer but not good for much else.
