| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 18, 2006 375 ml bottle. Pours out a bright red color with a thick creamy white head on it. Smell is mostly dominated by cherries, not really much of a musty earthy smell that I have come to really appreciate in lambic beers. Taste is mostly sweet, not sour at all, and cherry. Its good, but its not as good as other kriek beers that are sour. The sour thing is what gets me into the lambics. This is more like a fruit beer - but i was expecting a lambic. Oh well, still, not bad, and something I would never turn down if given another bottle. StateofTrance (35), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 7, 2006 Surprisingly good head retention, with a sweet finish. Pleasant deep red color with frothy corbonation. Sweet & sour cherry aromas also show a hint of tart, winey character leading to a medium-bodied palate. On the downside it reminds you of a run-of-the-mill sparkling cider. For those looking for a true fruit lambic, this isnt it, although it could be a decent alternative. voota (761), Melbourne, Australia

Thinnish sweet body with plenty of artificial cherry and syrup notes. Quick, ever so slightly sour finish. Pretty easy drinking but a little sweet. Gus (29), Chesapeake, Virginia, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 25, 2006 Aroma is strong cherry, very small head, which dissapears rapidly. Overall appearance is a very dark red in color, somewhat hazy. Flavor is a very tart cherry with just a slight "bite" of an aftertaste. Moderate carbonation and bubbly, goes down somewhat smooth. This is not somthing i would drink all the time, this is somthing that my wife likes, so i would drink this occaisionally . Doggythedog (1551), Split, Croatia
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 23, 2006 Bottle at the Hopdevil in Zagreb Poured a lovely darker red with a big pink head that webt away at a medium pace, leaving some thick lacing that formed a sort of a "ring" around a part of the glass. The nose is lovely.... fresh cherries and rosewater. The taste is nice too, nice cherry syrup, some sourness/tartness courtesy of the lambic showing up from underneath... I expected cherry juice, I got... a nice, pleasant cherry beer. Not terribly complex, not all that fancy, but still the most enjoyable kriek I’ve tried. Could drink this every day. A great introduction beer I suppose. waolsen (1222), Littleton, Colorado, USA
