Oct 22, 2006 Bottle. Pours out a nice cloudy pinkish-red colour with an impressive rose-blush head with nice lacing. Nose is creamy and cherry with mild estery scent on the far backdrop. Taste is fruity and cherry... very very sweet. Is comparable to drinking a bottle of fruit juice in consistency plus a slightly more rounded body.

Oct 21, 2006 Deep, dark red pour with light head. Dominant cherry aroma. Cherry taste is smooth and sweet, perhaps a bit too sweet. I should have had this late in the evening instead of first, but still very tasty!

Oct 18, 2006 Dark red body with a pink white head. Deep sweet aroma of cherries with a touch of tart. Light, sugary feel. Very sweet, black cherry flavour.

Oct 9, 2006 Bottle. I mean, yeah, it’s good, but the question remains - is it beer? Delicious flavor, aroma. I felt much like a freshman college girl tipping back on a Bartles and Jaymes. My first lambic - won’t be my last.

Sep 16, 2006 Bottle. Very cherry nose. Pours red with a very small white head. Taste is more like a hard cherry cider than a beer. Quite good though.

Sep 16, 2006 This beer i have always at home. Colour red without being deep or ruby. Sweet, cherry aroma in nose, leading to a sweet body. Finish is slightly tart.

Sep 15, 2006 Head like candyfloss, pink and bobbling. Almond and cherry in the aroma, flavor has cherry too, and a sourness, making it pleasent.
