Sep 16, 2006 This beer i have always at home. Colour red without being deep or ruby. Sweet, cherry aroma in nose, leading to a sweet body. Finish is slightly tart.

Sep 12, 2006 Great dark cherry color. Bold cherry taste could use a bit more carbination. 12 oz is just to much. It gets to sweet after 1/2 a glass.

Sep 2, 2006 Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a dark cherry color with a pink head that mostly dissolves. Aroma is sublimely cherry and sweet. Lightly fizzy on the tongue. Taste is of cherry and quite sweet, with some sour notes. Lovely!

Sep 1, 2006 Updated: Sep 30, 2006Loaded with cherries. Cherry red with a nice pinkish head. I will say this beer is slightly synthetic. Not what I would call a true Lambic. Very sweet and dominant of cherries. Underneath lies a slight oak tartness. had this been unsweetened it would have been much better. From what I gather this beer used to be this way. Mt first rating was 2.5. The second tasting is a 3.5

Aug 25, 2006 This is fruit beer at it’s very best, real taste, no bitterness, the only down side for me is the sweetness it is a little to much.
