355ml bottle, dang and with a cork..had a frenzied search all over the house ..but found a cork screw..phew! In appearance dark red , almost purple Lambic, light pink head..dense and bubbly. Very pleasant aroma of wild black cherry, slightly sherberty, Starts sweet cherry creme , then I get the tartness..ends very sour and very nice !! Lovelly on the palte..very smooth and not overcarbonated, even creamy at times. Very nice drink, I have not had much lambics but this was different and a treat.

Aroma of dark cherries with a hint of raspberry. Beautiful cherry red color. The head does not last. Starts sour, moves through a sweetness, on to a cherry tartness, finishing somewhat yeasty. Cherry persists.

Bottle: Nearly artificially red coloured, lacing pink foam; strong sweet, almondy, fruity nose with a very sharp, sour touch; sweet flavour, light bodied, a bit sticky; sweet finish with some acidity and a faint tart aftertaste. Not unpleasant on hot summer days.....................

A great brew, sweet, but plenty sour for the style..a slight yeastyness to it as well, may be my favorite belgian lambic, but time will tell! lol!

This lambic pours a deep red color from a corked and capped 335ml bottle. Medium sized reddish white foamy head. Aroma is cherries and sweet, with a slight touch of funk. A medium bodied lambic. Malts are fruity and sweet. Lots of cherry flavors, in fact its almost all cherry flavors. Mostly sweet cherries with some tart/sour cherry flavor. Some funk and yeast but mostly cherries. Lively carbonation. Smooth taste. A touch of funk at the finish, but really doesn’t have all the funk/tart/sourness necessary for a lambic. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.

Not a bad fruity beer at all. This one poured with a blatantly obvious maroon redness, a nice head, and great lacing. The aroma was of cherries, roses, and a little bit of funk. The flavor was of strong cherries with a little bit of the lambic funk in the finish. Perfect level of carbonation. A very nice beer within style, but this borders on non-beerness. Curving for within style (and recognizing the right time for a beer like this), two thumbs up.
