Unfiltered version at WSF. Opaque ruby with bright pink candy head. Aroma is cherry candy and is one-dimensional and sweet. Sticky sweet palate. Dessert sweetness, with lots of sugars. Nice seed bitterness at the end, though.

Bottle, shared slightly chilled with friends at my good friend Kyle’s wedding. Another lambic with the bottle cap and cork combo: glad we had a corkscrew. This was a deep red colour with a small pink head. It is spritzy and summery with a light to medium, slightly syrupy body. There is the obvious cherry in the aroma, very sweet. I taste more cherry with a slightly sour lambic background.

Lovely, glassful of cherries. Not really anything I can add to the description in your mind. I wish the alcohol was higher. It’s not as sour as the Framboise... Has lots of body to support such a strong flavor. Good stuff.

"Strange bottle a cap plus a cork that required a cork screw. The only thing I can say about the look of the beer its very pretty with its rich ruby red body and huge pink cap that had phenomenal retention and lacing, for a fruit beer this looks perfect. Aroma is loaded with sour cherries and had undertones of apple, the warmer it got the sweeter the smell got turning almost candy like towards the end. Mouth feel is smooth and full with great carbonation. So very tasty wow I’m blown away by the flavor. Tons of fresh cherry that has a very tart quality but yet still sweet, the tartness and the sweetness are in perfect balance. I still think I’m getting a touch of apple. The malts are rich and smooth but stay in the back ground letting the intense cherry shine through. So good I can’t believe it even the fiancé likes what is rare in fact when I got up to answer the phone she drink half my glass ( very close to calling the wedding off after that little stunt ). "

Almost purple in color with a dark burgundy head, no lacing. Smells of dark cherries. mouthfeel is highly carbonated but smooth. Taste is of cherries and the classic sweet/sour taste.

Bright purple red with a frothy pink head. Aroma is cherry with crabapple, and a slight woodiness. Taste is heavy cherry, and VERY sweet. Cloying, but only slightly medicinal. If you know what you’re getting it isn’t half bad.

Poured red, with pink head. Big cherry aroma. Very sweet, cherry flavor. Slight sourness. Kind of tasty, but in that wine cooler way. The first taste is good, but when you get to the end, you never want it again.

Bottle, this was my first Lambic, but it helped that I knew what I was getting. Pours a dark deep red, with a thin pinkish head. It has a very sweet aroma, but I can’t get away from a cheap generic cough drop impression. The touch of vinegar was pointed out to me, and although I did not pick up on it myself I could not deny it. Flavor is all cherries, with a fizz to it that reminds one of a wine cooler. Like I said this is my first Lambic, so it is hard for me to compare the style, but it has a cool refreshing feel that’s works, but definitely not for everyone.
