Deep red color that’s not as nice as their other fruit lambics. Decent cherry taste that very sweet. GonZoBeeR (2163), ste-Eulalie, Quebec, Canada

Tatse great and has a nice bubbly, happy mouthfeel. zach8270 (2152), Henrietta, New York, USA

Aroma is very earthy with strong hints of cherry. Extremely sweet taste of cherries and syrup with a bubbly body reminiscent of champagne and a slight bitter twinge at the end. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Jun 9, 2003 Finally getting around to this one...dark rose color with full fizzy pink head. Aroma strong with cherry and malt. Some leather. Sweet cherry and barnyard first in the mouth. Puckering tartness closes it up with a drying finish. Palate adjusts rapidly to the tartness, softening it into a drinkable twinge. Fruit a bit overdone but otherwise funky enough to acknowledge. Still, its a world away from the best lambics - and I didn't bother finishing it. radiomgb (2076), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada

Aroma was intensely sweet with lots of cherries. Flavour was very sweet again, lots of cherries and lacking in sourness and tartness that I love in lambics. Medium body and medium carbonation. Finishes very sweet with a little tartness, dry. vyvvy (2069), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 21, 2008 Pours purple with a large soapy pink head. The aroma has sweet cherries ~ Luden’s cough drops? candied maricino cherries? There is also light spiciness. Medium / thin crisp refreshing body with some light sharp carbonation. The taste is similar to the aroma with a bit more spice and a hint of tartness. The finish is definitely on the sweet side like the aroma. Good for a fruit beer.
