May 2, 2004 This is my first Lambic. I’ve read about the sour flavors and it frightened me away.
This was a shock to say the least. Strong cherry aromas, deep red in hue, tastes like cherries, no hints of bitterness.
I am a convert. I’m going to sell plasma to keep this habit going!

Aug 25, 2001 People. People. This is one of the better delicacies I have ever had. The head was wonderous. Light but beautiful cherry aroma. The taste was simply outstanding. Not too sweet at all. A very professional beer. The only downfall was the price. But I will have one occasionally throughout the year from now on!

Sep 6, 2003 Although not quite as good as the rasberry due to a slight mouth pucker, this is one of the best beers I have ever had. Really this is not a beer flavor but one of cherries of course. It is like a fizzy cherry juice that is very fresh and refreshing. Try it you'll like it.
