NIce fruity aroma, almost the same as the Framboise, but with a nice cherry finish, as always, great lambic.

bottle. Aroma has big notes of ripe cherries. Deep red with some amber and an average pink foamy head that mostly diminished and left good lace. Flavor is big and cherry, and a little spicy yeast but very subtle. Medium body and lively carbonated. Good sticky sweet black cherry brew thats refreshing and desserty sweet. A good one.

Pours ruby red with a pink head - gorgeous. Aroma is cherry. Flavor is cherry, syrup, and sugar. Light somewhat fizzy mouthfeel with a sour bite in the finish. I love cherries so this is right up my alley. There is a hint of syrupy, unrefined flavor in there that holds it back. It’s an excellent beer to sip on as a taste treat.

Pours a dark blood red color with a big fluffy pink head in a flute like glass. Smell is dark juicy cherry juice. Smells a bit tart, but mostly sweet. Taste is strongly of sweet and tart cherry juice up front and then it finishes a bit dry to keep from being overly sweet. Still comes off more like a slightly dry and rich black cherry soda than a lambic, with only very faint malt and wheat notes, but I can’t say it doesn’t taste good. Slightly syrupy, full body with a bubbly mouthfeel. Fairly enjoyable despite not being what I think a real lambic is supposed to be.

Cherry champagne. It has a good taste. Raspberry color body and head. Cherry cream aroma. Very tart cherry taste. Dry, but not too sour. I’m a fan.

This is much more interesting than the Lindemans Cassis. It is Dark red with a medium pink head leaving some nice lace. The aroma is cherry with a hint of yeast, a bit like cherry cough medecine, which is not all that good. However, the taste is far better. It starts with sweet cherry then gets more tart, dry and in the end is tart-sweet with hints of sour and yeasty lambic underneath, making it far more complex than the Cassis and more what I was looking for. It is light, tingly, and lively, and quite good.
