Jun 28, 2009 Poured out a dark pink beer with a nice bright head; on a good pour I can get some ropy lacing. The aroma is of black cherries, some oak, medium sweet, a slight dusty earthiness (very little). It’s big on the black cherry. The taste is also dark cherry, slight wood, a spritzy sourness, nice sweetness, a bit dry and mild overall. Has a great carbonation to it, good solid sourness that goes dry then goes sweet. Finishes with a slight heat. Mild an smooth overall.

May 20, 2008 Pours cherry red with a nice sized pink head. Aroma is all cherry. Nice sweetness without being too sweet.

Aug 1, 2008 Yep. Luden’s cough drops. Deep red in appearance with a pink foamy head that leaves nice lacing. Very sweet aroma of cherries. Tart, lively, and sweet. Starts very sweet like cherry candy. Finishes a bit tart. Smooth all of the way through. A very tasty and refreshing beer. Quite pricy, though.

Aug 27, 2008 Pours rosy colored with a decent sized pinkish white head. Aroma is tart cherry. Taste is also a tart cherry, with good malt and wheat malt flavors. Pretty good.

Dec 16, 2007 Real cherry taste to this, and nicely balanced. Sweet malts and even a little hop bitterness are noticeable, unlike other fruit beers. Very impressed overall.

Aug 2, 2008 Deep, dark red in color......very fluffy, pinkish head. Sweet aroma of cherries. Tart cherry flavor up front......slightly crisp mouthfeel. Back is smoothed out by a sweet, yet not overwhelming, cherry taste. Overall, a very balanced lambic.
