3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a nice dark red with a tiny white head. Aroma is strong cherry, maybe too much. Taste was very sweet but tart. The combination of sweet as tart finishes with a very acidic feel.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20

Aroma is cherry, old cherry. Like cherry liquor. Every lindemans has small coloured head. Sweet taste, quite sweet. Again same problem as other lindemans - contains Acesulfame K, which is dangerous sweetener. They use it coz it is cheap, but the sugar expensive. This beer is turned from art to comercial shit. Anyway great! But... if they start to use natural sweetener, or just sugar - the full rating will be 4.9.

Bottle. Average pink head with average retention. Clear purple red colour . Aroma is mostly cherry syrup. Taste is fizzy cherry syrup, with fruity acidity and a very slight sour finish. High carbonation and light body. Quite a soft-drink.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 5/20
Aroma of sweet cherries and slightly tart cherries. Flavour is massively sugary sweet and only lightly tart. If I have to say one positive thing about this beverage, it’s that the body is nice and thick. As for the rest, very disappointing sweetened mess.

0.25 l bottle from local supermarket. Dark red colour with pink head. Smells and tastes cherry. And that’s all there is. This is modern sweetened Kriek with artificial cherries. Nice but Oude Kriek would be better. Oh, my bottle had 3.5% alcohol.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Cloudy dark cherry amber color, pink head cover, mottled bands of lace. Taste is malt that is immediately joined by tart cherry, then some carbonation on the swallow with the tart cherry providing balance. A solid, easy to drink, Kriek. Recommended.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a clear beautiful dark ruby. Outstanding head volume, lacing and retention.
Rich nose of sweet cherry, slanted to black cherries. Underneath is a lively tart note.
Almost medium bodied with a smooth texture that has creamy aspects. Above normal carbonation with effervescence from the middle on. The carbonation is tight, prickly and lively...a masterpiece.
The flavor profile is World Class. It is intense in cherry flavor, somewhat complex and perfectly balanced with both sweet, sour and tart elements. It begins with a burst of sweet cherry over a rich malt background that is biscuit in nature. In the middle, a rich tartness effervesces. As the sweetness fades, a subtle sour undertone emerges. The finish is a slow fade of tart black cherry over a subtle sweetness and just a hint of sourness.
