Aug 12, 2008 Some weak cover mild carbonation,light gold coloured drink.Aroma perfumed peach.hopiness,musky.Flavour peach ooh la la!! wow what a mouthfull,musky ,slight bitter,a touch of sourness,good body.Finish bitter/sweet lasting taste.

Jul 29, 2008 Pours a clear slightly orange-ish amber with a thick foam for a head. About 2 fingers. A little lacing as well. The aroma is a mineraly medicinal fruit with just a hint of that great lambic funk. Very strong flavor of sweet peaches. More like the syrup in canned peaches than the fresh fruit. A good yeasty sourness to balance out the sweetness. Finishes with a bit of a dry feeling. The mouthfeel is nice with a very spritzy carbonation and a refreshing medium body.

Jul 20, 2008 Shared with my wife on our 1 year anniversary. Pours a clear burnt yellow color with thin white head and decent lacing. Aroma has a hint of sourness, clean and fruity. Flavor is incredibly sweet, like fruit juice concentrate. Lots of peach notes, with just a twinge of sour. Body is like champagne, very high carbonation. Not as good as I recalled, but still tasty.

Jul 19, 2008 25cl bottle from the Carrefour: This one pours a cloudy, golden color. There was a small white head on it, but still had quite a bit of bubbles clinging to the sides of the glass. The aroma is peaches, but not overly strong. I also get a whiff of apricots too. The taste is interesting. Peaches dominate, with little else discernable. The sweetness is subdued, or else I would think I was drinking a peach soda. Not bad, but I’m not sure of the point of this one. The word "Lambic" is on the bottle, but I think that is a bit of a stretch.

Jul 8, 2008 peaches and also some other light citurs elements both in aroma and taste. like all other lindeman’s I enjoy it as a one-off.
