bottle at the rake, simonas fourth. orange, hazy in colour, no head. Sweet gentle peach aroma.very impressed since it actually taste of peaches rather than a sugary artifical version of it. Taste just like a fresh french white peach just before it peaks. quite impressed.

i was making milkshakes with this at work so i figured... pale gold pour with brownish tints and a thin tan head that fades quickly to a ring with some spotty lacing. the aroma is a bit musty... like a damp cellar mixed with cooked yellow peaches, earth, minerals/stone and pale malts. the palate is a bit sweet but not cloying. definite fresh juicy yellow peaches in the flavor along with wood, funky lambic dryness, a touch of white mold and light tartness. finishes dry. medium to full body, slick and sticky. this is the best of the fruits from lindemans.

Bottle. Peaches on a sweet base with tartness in the finish and elsewhere if you look for it. Really not much to it, and for now I can’t bring myself to give it higher than a 3.4, but I’d certainly drink it more often than that figure suggests.

750ml corked bottle. Peach central. This one fits in my "paradise juice" category. All out peach aroma. All out fresh peaches and cream taste with just a hint of tartness. So mellow and drinkable. A little sugary and sticky, but oh so delightful. Lots of natural fruit taste alongside your starburst and skittles wildness.

Bottle. Pours a light clear orange with a small white head that persists. Aroma of faint sweet peaches, some slight skunk too. Flavor is quite sweet, mostly of peaches obviously, and a very slight sourness. Very nice and super drinkable.

Flaske. Sød pæresaft er vel den bedste beskrivelse. Virkelig en farlig lille sag til de yngre i familien. Men det er tydeligvis pære, men uden den sure balance, som den gerne måtte have haft lidt mere af.

Bottle: Pours a hazy orange/blush color with a spotty off-white head. Sweet aroma with a touch of tartness from wild fermentation. Cork, oak and sweet candied peaches. Creamy feel with low carbonation for the style. Sweet flavor, with very little funk character. Very mild cheese notes, but it’s dominated by candied peach and a mild tartness in the finish. A conventional, mass-produced Fruit-Lambic with little complexity and funk, but it’s tasty and easy to drink. The fruit presence is also very natural.

(Bottle) I am not quite sure if I’d call this stuff beer, but it’s pretty good. It tastes almost like a cross between a Belgian ale and fresh fruit juice, taking the good elements of both. The most amazing thing about this brew is the freshness to it...it has a freshness that usually only ever occurs in fresh fruit juice...and yet it has the balanced richness that some beers have too. VERY strong peach flavor. If you are looking for something with a mild hint of peaches, don’t drink this...this tastes like peach all the way, with some other flavors providing a rich background. I really love this "beer", and am happy to drink it wherever I can get it.
