Hey, so far I have thought Lindemans has always been under rated. I really enjoyed this one. Lots of peach taste and aroma. Slightly tart. Good Lambic.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 4/4/2014. Pours lightly cloudy deep golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big juicy/tart peach, mango, pear, apple, green grape, honey, candi sugar, hay, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of peaches, fruity/earthy yeast, and pale malt sweetness; with good strength. Taste of big juicy/tart peach, mango, pear, apple, green grape, honey, candi sugar, hay, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity tartness and light yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of peach, mango, pear, apple, green grape, honey, candi sugar, hay, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice robustness and complexity of peaches, fruity/earthy yeast, and pale malt sweetness; with a great malt/tartness balance and zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a very smooth and fairly slick/acidic mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 2.5%. Overall this is an excellent sweetened fruit lambic. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, fruity/earthy yeast, and pale malt sweetness; and very smooth to drink with the low ABV and balanced tartness. A very enjoyable offering.

Pleasant aroma of peach and sparkling wine. It’s perfectly clear, golden and pink color beer. No head, which is acceptable for lambic. In taste it’s sweet and sour. In the beginning it’s mostly sweet, fruity with a lot of peach flavours. Then the light and very refreshing sourness is taking the whole taste and palate. There are also wild notes from brettanomyces I think. Beer is highly carbonated, what makes it very fresh and refreshing. With this abv it’s like a perfect beer for hot summer.

25 cl. bottle poured in to a Flute. Hazy, golden colour with a dense white head. Sweet aroma with peaches and fruit juices. Some sugar and light acidic notes. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a lively carbonation. Finishes sweet with peaches and fruit juices. Almost no Lambik characters. Still nice and refreshing.

The smell is intensely peachy. Pours with almost no head. The taste is truly of peach - sweet and sour at the same time. Perfectly balanced. This is one the greatest fruit beers I have ever had.

Very peach like, however still beer. Golden-peach appearance. Strong taste. One of the best fruit beers
