TreborWhip (67), Reading, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 12, 2009 Bottle poured into a Lindeman’s pilsner glass produced a medium-thick, off white head that was sweet and luscious. The body was dark yellow and looked beautiful in the glass. Sweet, peachy, and delicious. One of the best lambic’s I’ve tasted. azlondon (654), Fribourg, Switzerland Sep 10, 2009 Appearance: Peach brown. Very clear, some white head.
Aroma: Sweet and peach. Not much else.
Taste: Peach and very sweet. Very little sourness for a lambic.
Info: 250ml bottle, 10/9-2009 Ygberg (82), Sweden Sep 6, 2009 The aroma is of pechess almost like pechjam. The apperance is yellow with almost no head. The flavor is slightly souer with a clear sweet pech taste. Not complex at al but still tasy with a non syntetic taste of pech. LanceUppercut (104), Sweden Sep 6, 2009 This is a good peach lambic. A bit on the sweet side, but what the heck. Aroma and taste is of apricot and mint. Balanced and very enjoyable. Hbuck72 (122), Chickasha, Oklahoma, USA Aug 29, 2009 Pours a nice golden color with bright white head. Strong aroma of peaches, taste is of peaches and classic lambic sourness. really good combination. It is sweet put not over powering like a peach malted drink. HughConway (364), Alabama, USA Aug 21, 2009 750mL bottle. Pours gold with thin head. Strong peach aroma, overly peachy taste. Almost fake. Alright. Alcohoarder (22), Seattle, Washington, USA Aug 19, 2009 Nose is peachy with a bit of funk in the background. Tart and sweet. Tastes almost exactly like a peach jolly rancher. Great sipper on a hot day, but a little goes a long way. Could make an excellent mixer for cocktails as well. drowland (1337), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Aug 15, 2009 Though peach isn’t my favorite, I thought I’d give this a try. It’s not overly peachy or anything, but it’s quite syrupy and a bit too sweet for me.
