AgentSteve (1334), SF Bay Area, California, USA Aug 18, 2007 This is my first Lambic, so I really didn’t know what to expect. A bit on the bitter side. Tastes like a peach going bad, but not quite there yet. Hopefully my wife likes it, because I probably won’t finish the bottle. bb (2905), Martinez, California, USA Aug 18, 2007 Bottle. Amber beer with a nice whitish head. Nice tart, dusty, earthy aroma with fruitiness. Peach flavor with dust, tartness, and earth. Lingering sweet peach and dust. Medium body. LIndeman’s is what it is, but enjoy it for what it is. Brix (371), Denmark Aug 13, 2007 Tasted 2007-04-23. Fresh bottle, 25cl. Orange/toffee colour with a thick white head. Aroma: Peach! Tastes like peach cider - acidic - no bitterness. Nice! stefanje (937), (Santee) San Diego, California, USA Aug 6, 2007 750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange-gold color with a white head that fades quickly leaving traces of lacing. Aroma was musty peaches. Flavor was sweet and sour peaches and some green apples. Mouthfeel is medium-full. Finish is a very sugary. Not my favorite style of beer. bhensonb (4181), Woodland, California, USA Aug 5, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Something of a green, sour peach aroma. Not bad, just not ripe and sweet. Hazy orangey color with a white head that filmed immediately. Thin to medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Starts with sour and sweet, tart peach. Finish is dry and astringent. Quite the thing after a hot day doing yard work. Really refreshing. crushinat0r (227), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 4, 2007 Yellow and pale in colour cloudy consistency with minimal head. Sweet and light smell of peach. Syropy and sweet peach taste, a little too sweet. Nice and refreshing though. RIXbeer (102), USA Jul 27, 2007 Cloudy Orange color, 3 finger head that fades very very slowly. Volumous Carbonation that dies into a slow moving carbonation. Lots and lots of lacing and sticking. Smells like peaches, almost like orange cream soda but with peaches. Sweet peach tartness with a hint of beer. Wow lots of peach flavors that seem to just pop in your mouth. It’s an elegantly smooth body. Just medium with lots of bursting from the carbonation. I could have one of these 25ozers on a good night. That’s it though. Too sweet for anymore. Great Lambic though. tytoanderso (1381), St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA Jul 23, 2007 Bottle. Pours nice gold with a creamy bright white head. Decent lacing down the glass. Very pretty nose of peaches and apricots. Lots of sweet peach on the palate but develops a crisp sourness of the finish to balance the sweetness of the peach. My favorite of the Lindemans fruit lambics.
