Pours clear dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is quite peachy indeed. The scent reminds me of the cheap champagne bottles I usually toast with during New Years eve, which are overly sweet. Nice fruity nose though, some cooked apples far away. yellow fruits, something flowery as well. Itís not bad. Yet, it remains all sweetness in the nose. But thatís pretty much related to Lambics though. Taste is incredibly sweet and sugary. A bit too much if you ask me. It really kills the fruity undertones, since everything is just so overly peachy and sweet. There is some slight sourness, yet it is the sweet syrupy overwhelming peach that takes it over immediately, leaving you behind with just sugar all over the place. Could have had far more tartiness if you ask me. Now, itís just a bit of a too sweet peach lemonade... Sticky mouthfeel, thinnish palate. Overall a decent brew, yet too sweet and too artificial and lemonade-ish in terms of taste. Refreshing though, but far too much candy in a glass.

375ml bottle at home. Hazy orange with a small white head. Light to medium body with heavy carbonation. Very sweet with some sour tones. Peach, grapes and some herbs. Quite ok for a fruit beer.

Lindemans are quite capable of brewing a good gueuze, but this is awful. Why on earth would anyone want to spoil a good lambic by adding peaches and sugar to it to the extent it tastes like some very bad cheap cider? Itís beyond me. The label seems to suggest it has some sort of mellowing effect on women, so who knows what itís good for.
