A wonderful lambic. Aroma is great, like peach cobbler. Appearance is more beer like than other Lambics as it has a nice thin lacey head and light brown hue. Mouthfeel is a little tart. Flavor is excellent with tones of peach and an apricot after taste.

White foam, peachy aroma. Nice and sweet, drinkable, goes down easy. Good if you want something cold and sweet.

Bottle. Pours light orange hued, small white head. Sweet and sour aroma, yeast fruity. This beer has just a touch of malt character with a peach apricot flavor. High carbonation, slight crisp acidity. Tart and refreshing, it’s hard not to gulp this down.

So syrupy! Still, it is smooth and delicious. I can’t finish one by myself, but very nice to split among friends. I prefer their framboise, which I think tastes more like the real thing. However, this is my 2nd favorite lindeman’s...probably because I love peaches. Too sweet, too little alcohol, looks a little weird.

750ml bottle-pours a white head and hazy gold color. Aroma is peach. Taste is peach, malty, a bit musty. OK effervescence.
