3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
2.5%ABV. Belgian Lambic.
Poured out of the botle a rich brown-tinged amber color. 9ºSRM.
Nose is light and fruity. What did you expect, a lambic in very simple ale terms is like a traditional Belgian soft drink.
Drinks like a soft drink. Sweet, fruity, carbonated.
Recommedation: for something light, less serious and where you don’t really have the time or the palate to pay attention to detail. This is just light and fun.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20

2.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a clear golden colour, with a minimal head. Aromas are mostly peach, stale hops, and a hint of yoghurt. Taste is sweet to such a point that it impairs drinkability, and any sourness is unfortunately not to be found. The mouthfeel is moderately creamy, with medium carbonation. Long aftertaste of canned peaches. More reminiscent of a cider than a lambic, although some aged hops are present.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at 100 piv. Nice clean sweetish peach aroma. Light caramel. Clear golden colour. Really sweet taste, honeyish, caramel, peach. Too taste for my taste, somewhat impairing the drinkability. Very good.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Peaches come from a can,
they were put there by a man. And then apparently sugar was added before squeezing them into this bottle. The contents pour light hazy orange, with a small creamy head. Aroma is sweet fruity peaches with fruit syrup and sugar. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet fruity with lots of peaches and light syrup. Very nice peachy notes, but quite one dimensional and way over the top on the syrupy sweet notes.

Old rating rerated 11.08.2015, 0,375l bottle @ hotel room in Balestrand:
Nice slightly fizzy-creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is sweet fruity, peach, sugar, grass, minerals, soda powder. Taste is slightly sweet and fresh fruity, sugar, peach, soda powder, grass, sour winegum. Medium bitterness, slightly fresh and acidic mouthfeel. Nice for the low ABV.
