3.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: NOV 21, 2013 Bottle: burnt amber, copper-ish body with decent clarity & a pillowing head, eggshell colored & quick to recede into a thin skin. Aroma is far funkier than any other Lindemans fruited lambic Iíve had. Huge yeast, cork, must, damp cellar, mild barnyard, pungent peach notes, juicy & tart, light residual sugars, some apple skins... Wow, best smelling of their fruit lambics for sure. Taste unfortunately doesnít match as well. Funk is barely on the palate at all... Mostly just residual, sugar-y sweetness, sugar coated peaches, peach candy, & only a mild accompanying tartness. Very subdued funk in the finish with a touch of oak & tannin. More oak & very sweet peaches in the aftertaste. Too bad this didnít taste like it smelled.

Bottled. Pours and orange yellow with a murkey look. The aroma is sweet and peach. The taste is peach in the start and finish and a little hoppy in the middle. Very sweet.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Podobna sytuacja miała miejsce z Casis - za słodko, za mało lambica w lambicu, ocenę minimalnie obniża fakt, że momentami zalatywało tanim szampanem. Pić schłodzone. Najsłabszy z rodziny Lindemansa.

Nice peachy taste, but fairly tame and ultimately not my cup of tea.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a bubbly gold from the bottle with no real head or lacing. Aroma is sweet peaches up front and a sour metallic back. Taste follows, but all the sweet and none of the sour. The flavor is spot on, but itís too sweet for me.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours hazy Golden orange wit white lazing head. Notes of peach, cranberries, apples. Sour sweet blend. Very nice for being this low alcohol. A bit too sweet.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
is it good or not? since the beer is more towards soda with a peach flavor and aroma. its hard to rate. do you rate it for what it tastes like or for what lambic it is? i would say as a flavored lambic it very nice. nothing like a traditional lambic. very drinkable and nice from time to time!

Yellow amber colour, white foam, medium carbonation. Aroma of candy, sugar, peaches and sour apple. Taste begins sour but a very sweet chemical aftertaste. Not good.

seductive hazy cobber red color with small white head. Good lazing. What a smell! 2.5 %? no way. Peaches, mild brett and sweets. surprisingly rich mouthfeel with good carbonation. aftertaste is sour, sweet and malty. overall: impressed!
