LET ME TELL YOUADD SOME SWEET N LOW TO IT AND SSTIR IT IN(DO NOT SHAKE IT BECAUSE OFF THE CARBONEATIONE) THIS CAN MAKE A GOOD BEER DRINK. I DID THIS WITH THE LAST HALFF. THE FIRST PART WAS SOUR AND VERY GOOD BELGIUM BUTT THEN WITH THE SWEET N LOW THAN IT IS GRATE POOL DRINK OR HOT WEATHER DRINK. CAREFUL FOR STRONG BELGIUM TO MAKES YOU DRUNK FAST.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong peach and yeast. Thin mouth, nice tartness, strong sweet peach flavor, very good.

Draught. Pours cloudy light orange with a relatively lasting foamy white head. Aroma is of sweet peaches, not much else. Taste is the same, very enjoyable and refreshing although a bit one dimensional.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light amber color with rather small and short-lasting head. Plenty of peach in this one, both in taste and aroma. There are also some sparkling wine, pear and yeasty notes. Taste sweet and sour. Perfect carbonation. Great stuff, probably my favourite fruit lambic so far.

Hey, so far I have thought Lindemans has always been under rated. I really enjoyed this one. Lots of peach taste and aroma. Slightly tart. Good Lambic.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 4/4/2014. Pours lightly cloudy deep golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big juicy/tart peach, mango, pear, apple, green grape, honey, candi sugar, hay, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of peaches, fruity/earthy yeast, and pale malt sweetness; with good strength. Taste of big juicy/tart peach, mango, pear, apple, green grape, honey, candi sugar, hay, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity tartness and light yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of peach, mango, pear, apple, green grape, honey, candi sugar, hay, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice robustness and complexity of peaches, fruity/earthy yeast, and pale malt sweetness; with a great malt/tartness balance and zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a very smooth and fairly slick/acidic mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 2.5%. Overall this is an excellent sweetened fruit lambic. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, fruity/earthy yeast, and pale malt sweetness; and very smooth to drink with the low ABV and balanced tartness. A very enjoyable offering.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pleasant aroma of peach and sparkling wine. It’s perfectly clear, golden and pink color beer. No head, which is acceptable for lambic. In taste it’s sweet and sour. In the beginning it’s mostly sweet, fruity with a lot of peach flavours. Then the light and very refreshing sourness is taking the whole taste and palate. There are also wild notes from brettanomyces I think. Beer is highly carbonated, what makes it very fresh and refreshing. With this abv it’s like a perfect beer for hot summer.

Una buena lambic. Dulce y muy sabrosa. Obviamente es una lambic, y como tal es necesario ser evaluada. Merece la pena
