puzzl (2579), New York, New York, USA Jan 1, 2006 Huge pop from the cork yielding a magnficent gusher that was out of control for at least 15 minuntes. Suffice it to say, the head was enormous, rocky, and actually good tasting straight up. Aroma was sweet peach and some funk, really not overly sweet at all though. Flavor was slightly sour, funky, a little peach and sugar, apple juice and banana. A lot better than I was expecting, and great for new years. hughie (3016), Bedford, Bedfordshire, England Jan 1, 2006 Golden colour with a small head. Sediment at the bottom. A faint sweet aroma. Taste was very sweet with a hint of honey, followed by a suggestion of grapefruit in the background. Interesting, but this won’t become a regular of mine. SSSteve (2042), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Dec 31, 2005 terrible aroma of vinegar. blonde color. poor lacing. small fizzy white head. great potent peach flavor. similar to sparking wine. i enjoyed this much better than the cherry. bask (305), Leuven, Belgium Dec 29, 2005 Bottle. Small offwhite head, gold colour. Aroma of peaches, hop, apricot. Sweet flavour, fruity, sugar. Too sweet and sugary finish. Lubiere (4462), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Dec 10, 2005 Hazy golden lambic, with a thin creamy white head. Faint peach aroma with sweet character. Sweet sweet peaches in beginning, but whith the acidity, almost turning to a sour sweet apple beer. Dry in mouth. Nice. Shared with Capflu, May 2005. Thanks Todd. beervana (781), Libertyville, Illinois, USA Dec 8, 2005 750 mL green corked bottle purchased from Home Service Beer Beverage Discount Center, Glenview, NY. Hazy orange hued lambic having very small diminishing white head. Soft carbonation. Intense peach aroma. Medium bodied that starts and finishes with sweet malt and ripe peach flavors. Delicious, especially as a dessert beer. GeneralGao (3051), Iowa City, Iowa, USA Dec 7, 2005 Draught at Tyler’s in Durham, NC. Served in a tall thin Lideman’s glass. Clear yellow-orange color with thin white head. Smells of honey, peaches, and malt. Sweet with peach and malt flavors. A bit too sweet for me, but a good beer. joshuah (37), Ferndale, Michigan, USA Dec 4, 2005 My favorite of the fruit lambics, the peach pours out a nice suble pink/amber color. Great , calm nose. Great subtle peach taste, and nice sour finish. Love it.
